- I headed back to my kitchen for the spring edition of the #VirtualRAWF. I made my favourite Raspberry Baked Brie. Such an easy recipe you can enjoy anytime! Can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the fact that you are in your kitchen (which is pretty much like all of ours), and although it may not be this way, perfection is not the key in your cooking episodes. It's all about just making something we can all do without having to make a hefty investment to make these things. Thanks so much for keeping it real....

Hi Amber, I’ve watched this video several times and decided to purchase the ingredients to make this, including a Brie Baker. I am a cheese and jam lover but never had Brie. You made this video look so amazing that I’ll be trying this tomorrow for my little family of 4. Thank you for sharing. Amy Fleming and Georgie Fleming-Morris, have both inspired me so much that right now I am 13 but when I grow up I want to be just like Amy and Georgie. I want to do trick riding and help horses like Amy does. You are 1 of my biggest role models and I really appreciate everything you do for animals. Hope you and Shawn are well. Amber, I made this exact recipe per this video, a couple days ago and oh my goodness was it a hit amongst not only my husband but also my kids and health insurance lady that came to our home. It was the most delicious thing I’ve ever baked and I never tried Brie before making your signature dish. Thank you so much for sharing. I ordered a brie baker but it is so tiny even with a double cream brie as you stated… I will have to keep looking for one your size. Much love from Florida…. ❤️😘❤️

SAME!!!! I really want heartland season 14 to come out on Netflix NOW!! Not later 🤣 I am literally upsessed with the show. I watched all 13 seasons in 1 week, that shows how much I got addicted to it. I even got my mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa addicted to it. 🤭
@@alexishipp3119 ya I I’ve watched all season’s to, end then when season 13 came out I watched it in a day, my mom nana grandpa and siblings got addictid to it to. we would go up to my grandparents twice a week just to watch a couple heartland episodes we’ve finished all of the seasons so now we started season one again and we’re gonna watch them all again because we got bored of waiting for season 14 to come out

Amber I tried this recipe and it was good. I couldn't find phillo sheets so I used pastry sheets which is a little thicker, but it worked. I used strawberries and strawberry jam. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Looking forward to more recipes!

One more thing, I sliced off the tip and bottom of the brie because it looked like it was wrapped in paper. I trimmed around the sides too! It was good! It would be a good party favorite!

You were mentioning quarter horses and how versatile they are, here in Finland we have the Finnish Universal which is kind of the same way, it's used in everything from dressage to racing, as a work horse and a trail horse, it's an all-rounder, as the name implies. ☺️ A warm hello from Finland, will defo try this recipe!

Hi Amber, I couldn't wait to try your recipe. I had to go to two stores before I found a brie baker. I couldn't get the size of brie you suggested so went with a bigger one, but then it wouldn't fit into the baker after I put the phyllo pastry on it, so I used a larger casserole dish. Had to bake it longer, but the pastry didn't turn out the way I think it should.
Should the pastry be flaky? My husband and I ate it any way. He loves sweet things and I love raspberries. Loved the taste, but I think I can do better.
The next time I make it, I think I will try a smaller size of brie in order to use the brie baker.

Omg you said apple butter ♡♡♡♡ I have one for you melt chocolate chips and powderize dehydrated raspberries put in chocolate chip melt mix make new chocolate chips and make chocolate chip cookies or use the melted raspberry chocolate in the cookie mix and make chocolate raspberry cookies ♡ a neighbor did it for me when I was a kid and I fell in love with those I don't even like raspberries lol can't ever find them unless I make myself
