Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free in the day or night sit still for 2 to 5 minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations when I take a walk, when reading, on the phone, before sleep etc and feeling relaxed and healthy. No deep brearhing needed. Sir main 5 year se anxiety se suffer kar raha hoon . jab jab anxiety attack aaya driving karte hue hi aaya. Ab main drive karne se darta hoon . Bahar Jaane se darta hoon.

Medicine ke alawa koi samadhan ho to Bataye.
Bina bahar nikale koi kaam Hoga nahi anxiety se rahat hai lakin man me dar (phobia) paida ho gaya hai.
