I used to have due to sedentary life style. Stress cause too high cholesterol. Of course statin medicine and physical activities the safest way. I lost 20 kg in 1.5 year slowly slowly. Now I am eating once per day. Walk 30 mint daily. Very controlled LDL. Sometimes up if low water intake. I don't want to die just coz plaque deposits due to bad life style.

I want your suggestion about nexito 20 which I have been taking for last fifteen years and I can not stop it because when I decrease my dose gratually my symptoms of anxity disorder appears. It was prescribed by Dr Nirmal Bera of Siliguri, west bengal in 2005. That time he told me that I will habe to take it lifelong if necessary.
