    Thanks for this video. I'm watching this video on my 2021model smart phone (with an average sized smart phone screen). The words and letters in the lower right corner are extremely tiny and hard to read. Please make them larger next time.

    So are those touring brackets included or not? Cannot see those in any product pictures at any shop 😀

    Hi! Thx alot for the video! I have one problem tho, understanding how to sand the pucks enough to slip the bindings on smoothely. In the video it just looks super simple to slip them on to snowboard mode but I really need to use a bit of force. Im afraid Ill ruin my bindings of I sand them too much :O Im using the alignment tool and have tried to re-align it a few times but still quite alot of resistance. Do u have any tips?

      Just go slow with the sanding. Take a little off the sides of the pucks until you find a smooth glide. We usually don't find that you need to sand spark pucks though. The pucks in the video were never sanded and the bindings were brand new. What bindings are you using?

    Thank you for the video. I am starting splitboarding this winter. Do I really need the pucks, or is it possible without them? I am going to buy the Nitro Slash splitboard for 2023 and the Nitro Vertical Binding ’22. Are they even compatible? Greetings from Austria. Patrick

      Hello. Yes, you definitely will need pucks. The bindings slide onto the pucks in ride mode. The 23 Slash will be compatible with your '22 Vertical. Happy splitting!

    I just recently setup my new spark pucks with my new spark bindings -- there is a tiny amount of 'play' in the bindings (toe to heel direction) once i attach the bindings. any recommended fixes for this? like a tiny shim inside the alignment tool to push one of the pucks towards the edge a millimetterr or so? or would the clearance on the alignment tool simply not allow for that.

    • @sparkbindings
      @sparkbindings  Před 3 lety

      Hmmm... that alignment should be tight. Try loosening either just the toe or just the heel puck screws and manually nudging them forward or backward (without the alignment tool) just a hair. If this doesn't work, please drop our sales team a line at sales@sparkrandd.com.

    Can the pucks be mounted in the Burton channel system?

    • @sparkbindings
      @sparkbindings  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Lizel, sorry we didn't see this comment right away. No, Spark pucks are not compatible with the Burton Channel system. Voile does make pucks for the channel system though.

  • @mr.persnicketyreviews4655

    I've been sanding the pucks for an hour and they still don't slide well. I have the canted pucks and Arc bindings. What is going on?! Very frustrating

      Hi Mr. Persnickety. It's hard to say without a few more details. That really shouldn't be the case though. Have you reached out to our customer service team? They're awesome and will help you with any
      issues you're having. sales@sparkrandd.com.

    Can you adjust these front to back? I’m getting a lot of heel drag

    • @sparkbindings
      @sparkbindings  Před 2 měsíci

      Yes, you can move the pucks to their farthest forward position. You can also try adjusting your heel loop forward.
