Wim Hof became known as ‘The Iceman’ by showing the world his scientific breakthroughs related to cold exposure. He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, ran a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and stood in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.
Using 'cold, hard nature' as his teacher, his extensive training has enabled him to learn to control his breathing, heartrate, and blood circulation to withstand extreme temperatures.
Wim has made it his mission to share what he’s learned with the rest of the world.

I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, I was at my lowest to be honest, really upset, disappointed and devastated... I was changing jobs and wasn't fully sure that this was a right choice to make. I'm still not sure btw but it's better now. And then there were you two, funny guys who made my grumpy days a little bit better with their videos.
