I had to pause the video to remind whoever needs a reminder that IT IS OKAY TO TAKE A BREAK whether it’s from work, gym, family or friends, taking a break helps you take a step back and take care of yourself :) some people need more than a week and some people need a couple of days which is totally fine ❤️ listen to your body and your mind and do what they’re asking you to do ❤️ you will not fall behind or lose progress, instead you will come back way more STRONGER than before ❤️

Hey Lena! If you want to maximize and really build the muscle quickly, I recommend doing split squat on the smith machine. And then I use those barbells that are set weight for my RDL/SDL and it makes such a difference than using dumbbells
