When we were given the idea of the Smash and Grab challenge for Series 2 we knew it was going to be hard. It had to be impressive, but it also had to be easily push-over-able by Hamish! AND it needed to be as hollow as it could be to contain lots of extra loose LEGO® pieces for the contestants to build with. In the end it took us 135 hours and a little over 75,000 LEGO® bricks to create!
It’s a real shame this got destroyed, I was really rooting for Tim and Dannii at the end of this episode, what a shame...
how cool is that...
i'm gonna go build one of those - just need an extra 74000 bricks first
