The phone is held by the orbiting 360 booth arm. Yes, they can scan the QR code off the tv set.

@@canarycapitalrentals I didn't really understand that last part. I've been seeing set ups where they have the tv to help the guests see themselves. It looks pretty nice but if it's not efficient then why do it.
