Please, always make sure your client is comfortable and doesn't experience any pain or discomfort during posing - this very important, especially with the poses on the floor
The baby can turn and move positions because of the weight shifts, that can get your client uncomfortable or out of balance. Also ligament pains are not uncommon during pregnancy, os not every woman will be able to get into all of these poses
