I mean I got barely saved from drowning once and I don't remember it being super painful. The only thing that is really bad is the panic of trying to grab things around you and feeling your lungs fill up with water

Getting 3rd degree burns is more painful, but the treatment for 2nd degree is worse

Just last night, I brushed my knee against a piece of metal and gave me a pretty bad cut. It hurt at first, but when I looked down and saw that a chunk of my skin was gone, it hurt A LOT. Not the most painful thing I've experienced though. It might be slamming my fingernail in a door. Not as extreme, but it was so painful that I became light headed and almost puked.
Arthritis is way worse than that. I couldn't walk for a hot minute every time i stood up because the pain was so sharp on my left leg. That shit is no joke
I almost got drowned and it was so painful that I got traumatize it's more hardcore than a time when someone did his most strongest taekwondo kick in my balls
I have heard it is way more painful when you almost drowm but you survive than it is to actually drown.
I drowned multiple times as a kid but my adrenaline clouds any possible form of pain I could have remembered.

Migraine isn’t that low. I had a migraine in the morning for like 2 hours and it was the 2nd most painful thing I ever experienced. The most painful was last year when I had an even stronger migraine lol. Not even joking
It depends, my brother and my friend have serious migrane, they said they've suffered worse and it's not that bad.

I got boiling water on hand the other day, definitly not the most painful thing
Its because its not that hot, boilling water is about 95-105 degres so yes its Burns but its clearly not as painfull as toutching hot iron
But it still hurt

@@lorien544 it doesn't say "boiling water on hand for 10ms and then quickly washed away with cold water" it says "boiling water on hand" with a picture of dunking it into a container full of boiling water. You are submerging your hand in boiling water.
Yeah, i've had my hand slammed into a door and alcohol on an open wound. As you would expect, the slamming hand in door was 1000x worse. Alcohol on an open wound stings but it is pretty standard for disinfecting and not THAT bad.
Also been stung by several bees and while they hurt, it is once again, not extreme pain (like, i don't know, dunking your hand in boiling water?).

Yeah as it's not the same pain it feels different that's why it's opinion based. Some people find boiling water more dangerous and others alcohol. Imo it's water as I've only had alcohol on small tiny wounds where it only passes the skin. But I bet that if the wound is deep it'd feel like hell
List feels made up. Like some of those are out of order and it leaves out some very painful stuff. Like the shits after eating something really spicy or getting tazed and tear gas. Or cluster headaches which they call a suicide disease for a reason
The issue is the DOL isn't an accurate measurement of pain and nothing ever will be because pain is subjective. Some people feel less pain than others, and vice versa. This list is probably accurate to someone, but it isn't going to be accurate to everyone.
