Your pan IS a survivor...and I like the stock length I-beam springer waaay better than the longer one. It's so good to see all that old iron still on the road.
And hardly any splatter 👌🏽! Nice tie ins haha stellar job on the neck 🤙🏽
That pan is beautiful just like that ,rusty and crusty .. I have a similar shovel ,more people look at that bike than the clean rebuilt ones …Make some shirts with the pan on them …
We have a few new designs rolling out in the coming months! One of them will probably have the pan on it! Thanks again for the recommendation!
That show looked well attended. That's great to see.
The Pan came out great..crazy I-beam front end and all.
i always used a ratchet strap or big C clamp to compress the springs to put the fork together
Ended up using a ratchet strap to put it back together! Thanks for the recommendation and your support!
That red slab-side Shovel is right and tight. Just the right amount of fork, the correct fork boots, the shotgun exhaust/shorty mufflers, and that low Frisco grab bar. 13:48 and 18:47
I've built and ridden only one bike with a raked frame. I always recommend a small amount of stretch in the frame's down tubes -- no rake. That Pan is worthy of a lot of TLC. I ran a smooth Paughco outer primary on my Pan/Shovel. Burn that metal deep! Mud that neck! Great bike event! I miss California! Build right. Ride safe. Thanks a lot, Max Schaaf and Mazi Moto! -- W
Thanks for all the comments and support Walter! Loving the music you’ve been recommending!
@@947w0rks -- Thanks a lot! The right clicks go well with choppers! Oh yeah, a long time ago, I was a dj and I was in a band. Build right. Ride safe. Keep up the great work! -- W
The fact that you got the mid 30's front end on the bike is BIG. Let's hope the marriage lasts forever. Where did you find the front end? It's amazing that all these parts are of a diminishing supply. there were just so many made.
Well, good work. And thanks for the vid
i can't believe you can drive this bike at the land of the Prius 💤 without being checked by the cops every hundred yards ! Good job !👍
Amazing video. am impressed by the stance and how survivor it looks. Really nice. I'm gonna watch it again later!
A long, long time ago I put 45 neck cups in a later servicar frame which had the same 1.00" timkens like a big twin. I found some copper tubing that was close, hacksawed a slot in it to make a "reducer". Pounded the neck cups in with a hammer and piece of 2 x 4, didn't modify anything.
of course good to see the " old iron " still going ,,, but i dont really like the old springer thing ,,,, great video as usual ..
Thanks for watching! I think once I switch somethings up with this front end it’ll look much better! The old I beam springers are hard to find!
Love these vids,, no heavy music either so can hear the bikes
loads of cool choppers

What size front tire and what tire?
How does the rake influence the riding behavior of the bike?
Yo, I just went to your site to buy a shirt or hoodie xl ? WTF over ? I need bigger 2x tee 3x hoodie …lotsa older bikers are of the larger caliber…Maybe next time .. Keep up the great work …
Hey man! You bring up a valid point, I will change that on the site! Thanks for bringing this up, we will start offering bigger sized than XL! I believe the company we use does offer certain t shirts in 2xl and some hoodies in 3xl. If you would like to buy something go ahead and do so in size XL with a side note of your actual size and I will make sure to order them according to your size! Thanks again for the feedback and for watching our videos! Have a great day!
What kind of tire is that on the rear?
