- Hey everyone,
In this video we take it back to where it all started, the driveway at my house.
We adjust the pushrods on the Sunset Shovel and ride it around the Sunset District in San Francisco. We meet up with our buddy Matt who has a pretty sweet Panhead chopper.
We talk a bit about the Mazi Moto ride a few weekend back as well as the Time Flies Motorcycle Show.
Thanks for watching and please like, comment, and subscribe!
Thanks to everyone who ordered merch!
We have a few smalls, XL, and XXL left!

Back in the early 1970s, my pal painted his bike an orange/tangerine/red candy mix. I dubbed the color, "California Sunrise Orange Over California Sunset Red." The bike in question was a 1958 Duo Glide bobber/chopper - stock tanks, bobbed Knuckle front fender over the rear wheel, six-over trimmed and chromed wide glide/early Sportster fork gaiters, Flanders #1 bars, a Frisco grab rail, cobra seat, and loads of chrome. My pal and I built the bike in Ohio and then rode it back home in Santa Rosa, CA. The only glitch was a bad voltage regulator. Otherwise, the bike ran like the proverbial Swiss watch. I hope I can dig up some photos of that bike. Thanks, Yama, Blue and Mike for the informative and fun video. Build right. Ride safe. -- W
That sounds awesome! And im in SR I wish I could've seen it
@@jtheglin1640 -- Yeah, that bike was a hit! Thanks!
Watching you guys ride around San Francisco sure makes me jealous.
It's always a treat to see all the Mazi Moto smiley faces! An excellent showing of the pushrod adjustments...by a professional!...😎...😎....! Take care all.....😀...😀...!
Fun video guys. Enjoyed watching an afternoon in the life of . That 24:15 min mark with bungee had me 😯 but all was well. Thanks for sharing this !
Dude, I am so stoked you're going to be at one moto show. I am coming down from Seattle to be there on Saturday. It would be awesome to shake your hand and say thank you for everything in person!
Great video to watch this morning. I kick started my Shovelhead wearing flip flops in the Philippines. Haven't tried wearing Crocs. After turning 55 and now 69, use electric start mostly.
Love the cruisin at the end 🫶🏽 thanks for sharing
Awesome video and awesome content can’t wait for the next video Thank’s
Wrong.
It's embarrassing.
HeeYAH!
Keeyah!
Take THAT!
Nice bike dude🔥
You guys have the true meaning of being bikers that’s the way we did it in the old days not a new bike and a new tshirt too much commercialism in the new Harley image for me. Keep up the coolness 🙂
Wrong.
Factories must be factories.
It takes a whole world to make a bike factory.
I don’t understand what you just said, but anyway it’s fun watching you guys it reminds me of the 1970s and 80s That’s how we rode back then BTW I still have my shovalhead not going on 40 years same bike.
Mars water in the background music! Throw back!!!
Love the "churchburner" hoodie 😅
Cool vid , out for a rip !
y’all livin the life out there!
Wrong.
They'll be ashamed and embarrassed at a later date.
Cool scoot , what lids you and yours are running? V low profile look like maybe TTCo?
Awesome shit broham! Keep the wheels turning and the beavers grinning 😀
We don't talk like that.
@@Gma7788 did my words offend you?
great rides stay up be free be safe !!!
Not great rides.
It's shameful, actually.
Really, he just dumped the tools 🔧 onto the concrete.
Dumb as dumb.
There's no excuses, you've all been shown the best way by the best in the world but you think you're going to go an alternative way.
All alternative ways lead to disaster.
The best showed you what disaster looks like too.
@@Gma7788 explain more details please as i do not understand ?please
@@Gma7788 need more details please i do not understand ? i cant see why your so upset
cool!im dont now! hi from sibiria!
ha Genius taking the spark plugs out first would help, and a smaller hook in the pushrod tube so not to interfere with the adjustment ,you probably lost at roller on that follower , time to pull the blocks and inspect the 4 and the cam .
Great vid. Thanks. I wonder what the torque spec is on those tappets? That's messed up that the adjuster always moves. I wondered if you drew the hardness out of the lock nut, would it grab the adjuster better? Or what about a spot of blue loctite on the lock nut. You might have to put some heat on the nut to free it but it might not need adjusting so frequently. Don't you love a harley? I do. =)=
hell yeah lil king, pull the plugs for goin through em, the crocs i currently own i stole em from a water park in town, all white baddies they fit tight but idgaf
64 panhead, hardtail, raked, Springer frontend , found more parts in the garage for your bike! call will send! 😎😎😎 put back the linker carb to run.

I was told a long time ago the pushrod should feel like you are spinning a pencil on a desk , eraser side down. I don't remember if you mentioned it, but are you running hydraulic lifters on your shovel , or solid? Mine came with hydraulic lifters but I much more prefer solids. Killer bikes, cheers from alabama
...look at the lifters when he is adjusting them...since you say you prefer solids over hydraulic...you should be able to tell/see the difference...
I was told , never listen to strangers.
so fucking good
Take a couple minutes and take the plugs out. Makes spinning it over much easier and you can inspect the plugs while their out.
Bro that is honda cb125 ?
alegria de harleyro é ver defeito kkkkk
Our president own a yellow chopper just like that, but a Royal Enfield 😁 chopper jokowi
burzum ... & the f 150
. . . . or what about two locknuts?
Take your plugs out kicks over easier.
czcams.com/video/xnIFB6wQy0w/video.html For you guys in San Fran and the rest of NorCal. Yam -- your Shovel is magnificent (including the color)! I've always dug yellow or orange bikes. Build right. Ride safe. -- W
Ditch the crocs, and the socks for that matter.
that Honda cb 125 & the100s,, where peace's of shit, no cam bearings ,
Thanks, but no thanks.
I want to ride them not constantly work on them.
Embarrassing.
Shameful.
You even say it.
You say that's crazy.
But you don't do anything to fix the problems.
The problems are going to fix you.
Don't think you're getting away with it.
