Skarner is optimized for so many fun arena builds (average Goliath strats, burns and cool downs, heartsteel, etc.) But healing shielding/AP skarner is by far my favorite. Ty for the insane ganeplay
I've been having so much fun with Skarner lately in arena. Super versatile. Could go standard rabble rousing + courage of the sus for boring tryhard, or a phenomenal evil/master of duality + apex inventor + fimbul for some comically large shields, or my favorite (because funny) combo: with haste/tap dancer + accelerating sorcery for ult -> dragging them to Akron, Ohio (tragedy). I like going amulet -> moonstone for starters but if apex fimbul is a no-brainer everybody knows that. I've tried fimbul + eclipse with apex on skarner before and it's pretty funny. Edit: Why didn't I think about the rite of ruin tech, I completely forgot about the shields it gives. Will try it out myself

not amazing, you tend to cast all abilities one after another and then you're waiting for CD for all of them, not only that but one can't even really be cast without enemies near you so it makes stacking it very hard
I refuse to believe the galio+fiora aren't paid actors or at least fanboying. Not ONCE did Galio try to fish for Bard with his W which covered half the ring and would destealth him.

Skarner is so fun in arena, he has several hilarious augment combos. I love ethereal weapons for the E stuns. Also, that Bard play at 14:20 was INSANE
