Maybe, this sounds weird, but I'd be interested in Ginga Drills for non-Capoeira practitioners.
To explain this: I got this video apparently recommended after watching a video on a character feature of the game _Hellish Quart,_ which is about sword fighting and one of the characters moves in a pattern reminiscent of Capoeira (He's an African character and his style represents a martial arts predating Capoeira). I don't think that I'd be ever any good in Capoeira, but I can see some merit to some of these drills...
Now, I could see two main applications, where these drills could be modified for:
1) a general warm-up and mobility exercise
2) footwork for boxing (in combination with head movement).
GREAT MY MAN!! 🔥🔥🙏🏼🙏🏼👊🏼👊🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🎉🎉
Thank you. This is most helpful.
Man put more Angola capoeira spices in those ginga signatures...there still are many more options...then you create your own favorite gingas!
Thank you. It was this I need.
Top!!! 👏👏
Cool great video.. I'm triying to get a capoeira footwork for fighting and improve evasión skills.. I have a video in my ig... But is in a roda... Thanks
Question why is the guarda so low? Reason? The ginga drills are better for you with the lower guarda?
Hey what so you mean by low guarda?
@@CAPOERALIFESHOW your arms are below your chin while your swaying in your ginga. Again if that is what you’ve been taught more power to you. However, you should try and put up videos of martial applications in capoeira and scenarios for life and roda..
