That last sprint on the first race was majestic
The XJ220 on the 1st race is replicating Lorenzo 2016 mode.
Imagine that guy that was in 2nd place, seeing the finish line and having the 3rd place guy over 3 seconds behind him.
Licking his lips "yeah baby, i get 2nd place"
Most normal Forza Motorsport 2023 race be like :

That closing speed on the last two corners is absolutely nutty, you had to close a 3.4 gap and get ahead by 0.2 to get second. I thought there was no way...and he did it 🔥🔥 nice race!

the xj220 is one of my all time favorite cars, i enjoy seeing with one with a hyperdrive installed lol
I also love the XJ220 but, the sound of the XJ220 still unbeaten in Gran Turismo 2.
Each time I am watching ISAD race, I can't stop thinking of the grandma driving a Lamborghini Diablo in the NFS III hot pursuit commercial of 1998 (I know my reference is outdated) 😅

Yup. The left front was still inside the white line. Maybe the game triggers on any single axle off the racing surface.
Clearly he gained over a second from that! The penalty was perfectly in line! - Forza Motorsport, probably.
It's always that corner specifically that very harsh penalties are dealt. I think they just really want people to stop running wide on that corner
Nah, they went out. Stop it at 3:35.003 of the final lap and you'll see all four over the line.
That corner in particular is a very nasty one to not only keep in the track limits, but also the harshness of the penalties.
@@TheChrisDthe penalty system in Forza Motorsport 2023 is like combination of F1 2011 + F1 2012 in terms of strictness.

I just realized this 6.5l v12 is not from an Aventador but a Ferrari 812
I think the game should have let you swap the V12 of the XJR-15 which is basically the XJ220 little brother. That V12 probably has a lot of potential it couldnt achieve. Either that or one of older jags huge V12s that also might have means to bring their real power to light.

That car i had wasnt very fast on the straights i think i got it up to about 190? I thought this race would be uploaded as the finish was pretty sweet for you well done 😊

Funny, my 3 favs are Road America, Nürburgring Nordschleife and Daytona, Le Mans and Lime Rock are OOKAY, the rest is between "doable" and "s*cks balls" in my case.

Hey how about this? What if, say, Jaguar sold the XJ220 with a twin-turbocharged V8 instead of a V6? The Ferrari F40, which came out at roughly the same time as the XJ220, was equipped with a 2.9 liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.

Forza Motorsport needs to have racers in ghost mode for 30 seconds.
Otherwise the non-sense bad races wilkl continue, players not being motivasted to even qualify because of the tsunami in the first few corners.
On the other hand, if you have this problem solved, and good competitive players can see to their own racing without fear of the bad players, they will be able to ge away sufficiently in those 30 seconds to avoid the mess afterwards
Nah, it's the physics. The gripless physics impedes having good responsiveness and car handling

I honestly don't mind the XJ220's 3.5 liter Twin-Turbocharged V6. It makes the car quite unique, imo.
I wouldn't mind it either if it was the original choice, like for the last Ford GT. But the car was always intended to receive a V12, that's why the engine bay is so spacious.

I'm kinda late to this, but this was a one time special (last week, I think) where only S class V12 powered production cars were allowed.
Wau, the 1.6 penalty was like, "You wanna catch him? Nope, try in different universe, Im the ruler here!" *penalty slap into face* ...like the hell? Why so much, 0.5 could be adequate but even that seems unfair bcs there are much bigger cuts which was used... Idk how this game works...

1.6 second penalty for going a smudge off track while off throttle is ridiculous.
I don't play at this game, but honestly I can't even imagine how do you race with a digital input for the gas control...
I wouldn't be able to... it's so uncomfortable to me...
An analogic input is needed for gas imo...
I see you have to upshift and then downshift because the car's torque is to high, and if you give full gas you'll just turn on yourself probably

so many noobs that think you win the race in turn 1 at the start.... just a reason why i stopped playing this game, there is just not enough punishment to drive like youre driving in a wreckfest bumpercar
They are just used to NFS style driving, where you start past all the bots and then drive 50 mph the rest of the race in front of Aventadors and Ferraris)
