Only big problem is the coating of the iem falling apart after a few months of wear, ended up sanding it off but I actually think they look even better now tbh. Go into the firing range on apex, turn on the bots, and try moving and tracking the bots sound mentally.
With BA iems, the lack of coherency throws everything off once you start moving.
It "Sounds" like a sound is somewhere but once you move, that entire field is thrown off because your ears expecting the intensity of sound to change but it doesnt have the dynamics required.

If you enjoyed the BL01's from BLON, you should look into the BL05's - also another great offering from them at a slightly higher price point, but very much so worth every penny. Also, thanks for this video, actually going to try out the FiiO FH3 because of this. :)

The one cheap alternative I haven't seen yet are the Apple Earpods. The 3.5mm connector version costs between 12-15 euros and are absolutely incredible for gaming. I've tried a lot of headphones and earphones, even the DT990 Pro, but they can't compare to the earpods when it comes to comfort and ability to locate footstep sounds.

Just thought I’d leave my review on two of these that I picked up a week ago. First pair I bought were the asus rog Cetra II core, i picked up the white ones and honestly really enjoyed them, the wings for me made a notable difference, the sound quality was pretty good and for the most part I experienced no issues up until a couple minutes prior to me writing this review unfortunately the left ear phone decided to not put out as much audio as it was just minutes before. I did take it out to check for any ear wax as they are white but yeah after trying to quickly rub off any ear wax the little bud came off, put it back on and then in my ear and the sound was just gone. Really sucks because I was enjoying this pair more, might try to do a replacement but I honestly might just try some other ones. The second ones I bought were the FiiO FH3’s, good sound quality and noise cancellation, definitely like them and my only issue with them is comfort, I cannot seam to pick the right buds that feel most comforting for me, on top of that the earphone in general just feels a bit uncomfortable and definitely after the first night of use I had plenty of pain in my ears. By now I’ve somewhat adjusted I’m still gonna give them time but honestly the cetra’s were working way better for me.
Hope this helps someone at the end of the day this is just my experience with both these earphones.

I now use the Whizzer BS1 with CP100 Spinfits, since its "open back" and I take that as in, it sits nicely without feeling like earplugs (zero pressure) which is good for avoiding ear fatigue and it sounds awesome for gaming because of its smooth sound signature which is good for avoiding listening fatigue. Really light, great for very long uses, and it passed my "Sleeping with IEMs" test. Cable does have a bit of rubbing noise but you get used to it to the point you won't mind it.
