Sweet And Sour Sour Chicken Recipe
1 tbsp oil
1 1b chicken breast cubed
1/4 cup cornstarch or cornflour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 egg
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
Sweet And Sour Sauce
2/3 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with beaten egg and cornstarch.
Add oil to a wok or skillet and fry the chicken until brown.
Remove and set aside.
Drain excess oil and add veggies and stir-fry
In a separate bowl, add water, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and combine.
Pour the mixture into the pan and heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens up.
Add the chicken and coat with the sauce.

Add this recipe looks amazing. I tried it from another recipe and it was absolutely hideous. This looks and I can just tell it is great just by looking at the ingredients in half together and even using that pineapple juice and Theo for greatness.

Did you use breast or thighs? I often find breast dry so wondering what you thought if you used it.

Use oil so that oil doesn't destroy your Wok. Use oil and wipe down after cleaning Wok. That Rust is dangerous but thanks for the sauce...

Why not use the "Pineapple" along with the Juice... I'd Add the Pineapple last minute .. Just prior to the adding the Chicken

That sauce is not a good colour . You need more tomato sauce and a dash of soy sauce .
