A walk in our local park in Russia

- Come and take a walk around our local park and see how it's been developed.
What I personally love is how commercial premises intermingles with the local environment making the park more worth while to visit, being able to sit in a lovely Pizzeria whilst being surrounded by forestry is wonderful.

Haha, thank you very much, I have a long way to go though regarding the important stuff like proper grammar, there was a part of me that felt a little shy about speaking for a good while in Russian on camera incase I would be misunderstood, I hope that everyone can understand me clearly! :)

@@natyrusa It's in Moscow Oblast but not a part of Moscow itself, out in the regions, nice, open, green, quiet place, close enough to commute into Moscow but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside :)

The one worrisome part about walking in the forest here is the ability to get lost and never find your way out due to their gargantuan sizes!
It's not like Britain where I can quite easily navigate from one side of the forest to another, the woods here are extraordinary!
Про страх это верно. Мы как-то ночью ехали по пустой трассе где-то через Смоленские леса. Господи, как же это страшно.. Черный лес, высокие деревья и даже дикие животные на обочинах. Остановиться и выйти хотя бы на минутку в таком месте по какой нибудь причине абсолютно невозможно. В такие моменты обычно вспоминаешь военные истории, когда партизаны были в этих лесах и понимаешь какая это смелость и подвиг. Для городского расслабленного жителя это эмоциональное потрясение

And that the entire “forest” occupied just about 12 square kilometers. By Russian standards, this really is rather amusing.

И ещё, существует такая вещь,что если ты побывал в Москве то обязательно вернёшься, сам я в первый раз приехал в Москву в 1987 году и в течение жизни посещаю её по обстоятельствам просто спонтанно,а услышал я эту историю от гида в далёком 1987году

Пытавшийся, да неудавшийся. "Неудавшийся британец", который пытается стать русским. Ещё, как вариант, обозлённый британец. Но это маловероятно, он таким не выглядит. Ну а мне больше всего нравится собственный подсознательный вариант "не привязанный к местности". Нынче здесь, завтра - там.
