In the video the water symbolizes pain. He drew in pain, the rain and then the storm is the sadness and the rage you feel when you lose someone you love. Everyone has an umbrella to cover themselves from the rain/pain or run away from the storm, except the ppl that really are close to you (in this case, his bandmates).

I honestly haven't listened to MĂ„neskin that much since they won the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with "Zitti e buoni". If I hadn't recognized Damiano's voice, I wouldn't have thought it was them. You will understand if you listen to "Zitti e buoni".
This was a sad song but very good. Must start to listen a little more MĂ„neskin âŁïž

La storia del video rappresenta una una delle interpretazioni possibili.
Il protagonista sta per morire (affogato) ma un attimo prima di farlo esce dal suo corpo e va al suo funerale per dire alle persone che ha amato (nel video gli altri componenti della Band) le cose non dette, quanto erano stati importanti per lui.
Una volta fatto questo ritorna a quel momento che era uscito dal suo corpo e muore.
Questa Ăš l'interpretazione che ho dato io e questa canzone mi ha smosso emozioni ricordandomi mio Padre che Ăš morto d'Infarto e ce ne erano di cose che avrei voluto dirgli ma purtroppo non Ăš stato possibile.

The story of the video represents one of the possible interpretations.
The protagonist is about to die (drowned) but a moment before he does so he comes out of his body and goes to his funeral to tell the people he loved (in the video the other members of the Band) the things left unsaid, how important they had been to him .
Once this is done he returns to that moment when he left his body and dies.
This is the interpretation I gave and this song moved me emotionally by reminding me of my Father who died of a heart attack and there were many things I would have liked to tell him but unfortunately it wasn't possible.

If you want to react to more of their Italian songs - which I highly recommend - you can find videos with very good translations/english subtitles on the "Valeria" and "Lafabi" channels. For more ballads, you should check out "Torna a Casa"(Come back home) - arguably their best song, "Vent'anni"(20 years old), "Le parole lontane"(Distant words) and for more upbeat songs "La Paura del Buio"(Fear of the Dark - but check the Radio Italia Live version from Lafabi), "Zitti e buoni"(Shut up and behave - the song they won the 2021 Eurovision song contest with and that launched them towards international fame) and "MorirĂČ da Re" (I'll die like a king) - among many many really good songs.
Here too, as in the entire Maneskin discography, the relationship with the Astral dimension is addressed: what you see is not a tomb but "the" door.

Whatever happened to him, after biggest storm everyone dissapeared and only his 3 friends picked him from the ground after that. Value your true friends.
IMO this could be about loosing somebody yes but I think it's more like not taking people for granted and the importance of sharing our life with the ones we love. Damiano (the singer and writer of the lyrics) literally said "I was away from home and all the people that matters to me I felt very lonely and I thought 'what if I suddenly I die and I didn't have the time to tell them that I love them and what I would like them to know...'...
We forget everything is temporary and we live as if we have infinite time to do things sonwe automatically procrastinate spending time for instance with our parents or family in general only to miss them once they're gone. Damiano's grandfather passed away around this song came out and it was especially hard to perform it for a while.
You have only been reacting to their beautiful ballads (not a complaint), but you need to check out some of their fun rock or pop songs as well. Chosen is one that is fun and in English from their early days and what they did for their X Factor audition. Zitti e Buoni that they won Sanremo and Eurovision with and For your Love. Or even their awesome Italian La Paura del Buio which thereis a Radio Italia video with English subtitles.
