That's Funny. I look for wrecked cars too. If that body is straight more then likely its got a blown motor. But my salvage yards test most of the cars to see if they are running and normally have stickers on the window.
Something you may want to look into for lifting heavy shit in and out of the van is a power chair lift like old people use for rascal scooters. They come in hand crank and electric. Most have adjustable straps and can lift 500+ pounds. Used ones are super cheap. They're easy to install in vans and trucks. I had one in a parts hauler van I bought on the cheap and loved it. Should have kept the lift when the van finally died, but I'll find another lift and put it in my truck later on. But they come in clutch when you score an engine and don't have any help with you. There's probably a ton at 2nd hand medical supply stores out there. Or on fb marketplace or Craigslist.

I need a FR & FL steering knuckles... however they are discontinued and I cannot find them ex local parts stores or even online at Rockauto & PartsGeek. I live in small town Hastings, NE.... junkyards aren't much help and I just don't know what to do???? Any info appreciated.
Part says discontinued everywhere I look and also lower ball joint had a recall on it (lower ball joint attached to knuckle) and apparently cannot be bought individually...has to be purchased WITH the knuckle. So wtf does that mean man? I can never buy a new balljoint? I need my wheels back asap dude... ugh

Great find! Sucks you couldn't get those studs out. Most of the yards in my area don't let people walk back and pull anything. Too much theft, or people hiding stuff in bags. Pick'N'Pull is still good about it though. They just never have a great selection.
I got the studs out. They backed out when I was driving the nuts out. Once the head came out I literally used a torx head to get them all out. They check every ones bags now like mandatory because of how many people steal from the yard.
