Call FCA about this if the dealer continues to try and charge you for what clearly is under warranty. Also, they can’t hold your car at bay and can’t stop you from buying the part elsewhere to save money. That said, don’t buy shit cause it’s under warranty 🤘

2500 for just a wire that broke? Hell nah bro they gotta trying to scam you. Same thing for me tho, I went to the dealer trying to see if I could get a new tire cuz a nail went in at a angle and it started making a bubble and they charged me for that, and I was like whatever, but then I remembered I was supposed to have full bumper to bumper warranty and everything so then the next day I looked at the USB they gave me that had all the info of the car and it showed that It did have it covered, the same day I went and showed them and I got my 250 dollars back no questions asked.
I'd say prolly call the dealer where u bought ur car and ask them if they can send you your cars info, warranty and all that stuff to ur email or something just to be sure,
