Nice to see you back ,great job .
Good to be back! Thanks Nicholas
Great design! I’ve been using those 4” Dayton’s in my office speakers running full range, you gotta point them just right to get the sweet spot. Thanks for sharing
That’s right!! And they sound great! I love those drivers. Thanks for watching.

Right!! Thanks my friend!! It should show in the video, during the process…
Old School Fabrication. I love it. Art Bolanos, Houston Texas Wow Very Artistic.
Thanks Arturo!
Haha, i love you dude. I just got into audio a few weeks ago and found your channel, and im loving it. Super funny even tho you dont dell jokes, haha.
Hey Marcus!! Thanks for watching my friend!! Cheers
Great video! Just subbed
Thanks and welcome!
I´am a great fan of you, talking from Brazil.
I did not undestand how you made this curve finishing inside. The final appearance is fantastic!
Fala André. Que bom! Qual curva?
Woohooo! Gracias Pablo!!!
That is really a piece of art. I was thinking to do something like that to my daughters apartment. I just nee time for it, and working 3 jobs doesn't leave much fee time 😂
Haha! Right, takes a little bit of time.
@@sonnoradesign BTW Have you done any videos about subwoofers? How about a nice subwoofer for music. Like Dayton Reference 10" HF with plate amplifier 😛
I’m gonna make subs soon! Haven’t had the need yet but it’s on the list for sure!
@@sonnoradesign That is nice to hear!
Nothing says exotic and European like Dayton "Ohio" Audio, lol. Joking aside, turned out amazing as usual, and its hard to argue with the Dayton RS series. And bravo for including the F ups, keeps it more grounded and real not to mention entertaing.
Also I'm gona look into that Good Stuff wax finish for my walnut projects, that finish looks amazing and exactly what I'm aiming for.
Thanks Phillip! Now you know my secret!! Xshitt. The Good Stuff!
Great work, wow....may I give a tip for inspiration; check Kinma Hypersonic soundbars (and amps and so on) they are ok and theire looks to copy, why not....
Yeah. Let me check that….
Good Job my friend hay ya yayyy caramba
Woohoo
wow, great, just like factory stuff
I really like your project. Can you provide details and parameters of the crossover, mainly the coils, their resistance and wire thickness?
I really liked the project and his skill with wood.
I would like to do it but as two separate speakers without the amplifier.
What do you think?
Nice
Thanks for watching!!!
Wow, amazing, its perfect...question: do you sell builds or do you build on demand/order? Its Top, SUPERDUPER!!
Thanks Volki!!! I sell some eventually. I used to make to order but not anymore.
you rule man!
Thanks!
I’m looking to building a sound bar for the bedroom television and came across your channel in doing my research. Although too large for my need your project came out wonderfully. Will you ever show anything about crossover design?
Hey JC. Yeah! I’m gonna make crossover videos soon. Everyone seems to want that!!! Let’s do it.
Nice work they look awesome.
Did you think about adding a sub in the same box?
Those Rs100-4 can go in a tiny sealed box and still sound good(obviously with a sub backing them up).
Hello Harry. It plays enough bass on that box, not a sub woofer though but those little drivers are impressive.
I would be interested in a diy 3.0 soundbar would you use a woofer tweeter set, or maybe a version with just full range drivers
Either one works well. Depending on the full range size you will need more higher frequency bass to cover the lack of lower frequencies from the FR. those drivers play pretty well, good bass for the size. A 10 inch sub would help a lot
The " Ai caramba " that you said tells me you are from my country . Kkkkkk
That’s right!! Brazil?
Valeu! Me amarro também!
Thank you very much for sharing this video!Very beautiful and impressive speaker. Your carpentry skills and appearance design are amazing. I have a question about the volume of the bass box and the length and width of the front panel. Would you like to share?
Hello! Thanks for watching! Yes, I’ve shared the measurements on the video description. You can take a look. It’s all there.
Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing more of your great works。@@sonnoradesign
Hey.. how did you achieve the internal radius on the front rebate?
There is a video where I show exactly how to inlay the front panel!! Check it out!
Can you post the crossover schematic? Cant seem to find that
Hey Bob. It’s at 26:34 min in the video!
Hola Fernando.

That was not sound from speaker but added music to video so what's the catch?
Hello there! Thanks for watching! It’s a copyright issue. I can’t play my test songs on CZcams cause I’ll get a strike, but thanks for the input. I might figure out a way to capture the real sound!
Fala Ademilton. Diy significa Do it yourself, faça você mesmo em português! Valeu por assistir.
Soundtest?
Hm, this one is gone.
Could you share your drawings?
I don’t have it on 3d cad yet. I’ll have it one day hopefully.
Sorry it's equal to the rebate cutter rad..
Sorry I don’t think so. Why not just speak in a normal tone? I can’t sit through it all SMH
Thanks for the input.
