I really do feel for that dear, sweet chicken, because Bom is jealous alright. And, as a mom of two fids- I can tell you that Lovebirds do tend to be terrorists! I have one who liked to bully his Budgie buddy.
You should not have budgies and lovebirds anywhere near each other, you are just being selfish..rehome one or the other to a better home with their own kind or YOU WILL FIND YOUR BIRDS BLEEDING TO DEATH ONE DAY. Budgies try to pacify, lovebirds have no restraint, you knew that they shouldn't be put together and yet you did it anyway, you're a disgusting animal owner.
@@pigeonlove- Oh, shut up! Quite the contrary. They've been buddies for the past THREE YEARS, without any such incident. As I type this they are chilling out together in the same space. They each have their own room, but like to play together. As for your stupid assessment about my "selfish" character, this started out because the lovebird was a rescue that my husband saved from a horrible, neglectful, and abusive situation. He knew that the bird would be in good hands with me, and they have been. I have re-trained him, and the budgie has never been hurt. So there!

Parrot is lucky that the hen is too domestic and friendly. If it was a different breed or a rooster the parrot might’ve been nothing but a pink exoskeleton at some point.
