the pen actually has a lot of pressure sensitivity and palm interaction can be avoided, depending on the app. medibang is perfect for it. also, it comes with a screen protector already installed - that's the thickness you're seeing. if you flip the tablet over, so that the camera is towards you, you can fold the cover over so it's at less of an incline, more like the angle you wanted. the batteries in the pen last about a month and a half-two months.
I’m sure she knows this by now (since it’s been a year) but for beginners starting digital art, if you find your lines shaky turn on your stabilizer(it helps a ton) :)

For drawing app, I actually prefer Medibang, but I got to agree with you that the Picasso tab is honestly great! Especially for beginners. I started doing digital on this tablet around three months ago and I love it a lot!
I'm glad I saw this video! I have been stuck on whether to get a screen tablet for my PC, or get something like an iPad, and with a cheaper option like this I feel like eventually I'd be able to do both :) I think I' definitely go for this first though, since it's so portable.
Would you recommend something like this a portable drawing tablet (~$230) or a touchscreen display/monitor like a Huion Kamvas (~$300)? I like being able to draw anywhere especially when I get sudden inspiration, but at the same time I want to look at its maximum potential. So pretty much there is a stabilizer for your lines on Ibis paint if you don't have your glove, it's at the top right it's a finger like, drawing. Just thought I would tell you about that :3

I checked out the company's website, and I see they also recommend autodesk sketchbook. In case anyone's wondering, that's also a great program, and the upgraded version has screen recording like ProCreate. My existing tablet is just too old and crappy for the program, otherwise I'd be doing digital art all the time 😅

If your gonna use ibisPaint again there is a way to get your lines smoother. Press the pointing finger up in the right corner, then trun on the stabilazer!
I just finally got one of these and I really like it! I’m slowly getting the hang of things as I haven’t done any digital art in a while. Unfortunately, I can’t wear the glove as I’m apparently allergic to what it’s made of (I put it on and half my hand went numb and started having a bad reaction within a mere 30 seconds). So glad I stumbled upon this review! EDIT: I have found that a regular thin winter glove works as well, while the ones that are touch-screen compatible are best because you can still zoom in and out with your thumb and pointer finger.
Honestly I agree that tablet seems like good quality buta little bit wobbly when you do the lines of course I would like one that's why I entered and honestly I love your videos!
This is literally perfectly on time. My BD is really soon I was gonna ask my mom for an I pad pro since she hasn't really bought me anything for any of my birthdays. I was super worried that she would say no because of the cost but then I see this! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Btw if you didn’t know and if anyone reading this didn’t, IBIS has a stabilizer tool in the little spot where the finger is aka the touch settings on the canvas :D hope I could help or even a lil bit!

I have the Picasso tab and it’s really good. One thing I’d say is to make sure you don’t break your charger. Cause it’s kinda hard to find another one that will charge it. Other than that, I recommended buying this tablet because you can do anything on it as if it were a normal android tablet and draw to meet your artist needs.

I know this is late but about the glass with the pen being off, you can actually adjust that in ibis paint, it's in the settings where you can adjust everything about your pen.
When you were coloring the eye how did you get that doted line around the eye, to only get the color in the eye? I have ibisPaint X and I’ve been confused about that for a while If that makes since
i think from the layers tab she tapped the 3 dots and tapped the "select opacity" button. then again idk but im 90% sure it was that if that was what u were asking, oop-

I do not recommend this tablet if you’re going to use it long-term I have had two of them and they were out very quick they were very quality for the price though
I owned this tablet a couple of months ago. I would like to say a few things that I (personally) think are important to know. 1. It works extremely well, however runs out of space pretty quickly. This makes it shut off and can be quite the scare. You have to hold the power button for at least a minute to turn it back on. 2. The battery (if you use the tablet almost every day) will last a couple months. It will give off a really metally scent and may give you a headache. 3. Due to the price (very good price) it may come with some glitches or problems. PUT A MEMORY CARD IN HERE! I lost countless hours of work because mine had a charging defect and would not work with anything else. You can send it back, but you will probably get a new one that does not have a defect. If you have a memory card you can save your work :)) Edit: The screen cracked shortly after the tablet broke (it was 6 months old) so I could not send it back. This is my personal experience and will probably not happen to you. Have a good day and I hope this helps!!
@@OR3-O the pen comes with one battery and a replacement one. It is not rechargeable like other stylus pens. It will come with a charger but I think any charger that's the same size should work. Hope this helps :)

Downsides: Android 8.1, 2GB RAM (you can see the lag when she draws lines), apparently no palm rejection.

In inbs paint there's a hand pointing up (👆) You press it, put it to 10 and you'll have a straight line.
5:06 There's a stabilization feature in ibis paint x,you just click in the Hand pointing at the right on the top,and then you'll see it.
IbisPaint has a stabilizer so your lines won't be shaky!

To Make your lines less shaken, uses the stablizer settings at the top of your screen in the app. *the tapping icon*

This might be a late comment, but for the stand there is a flab on the back. You have to insert the the case in the flag for it to stand
