Congratulations Ash!! I too received some amazing news. Today I got my results from my last PET scan and the news is that I am as of right now cancer free with no new or worsening metabolic activity.

Been using Abyssal, Pain Keeper, Cold Heart, Frozen Banshee, Felhound, and Executioner for a couple years or so. Athel was my starting Champ but got an Elhain and maxed her first for the first farmer of 12-3. Used to use Marked. Abyssal and Executioner are very underrated for sure. Found a few more uses for Ashwalker as well, got him the day he came out, and is actually great for Faction/Campaign/Some Dungeons/Even some upper-level towers. Banshee helped with some progression thru the Campaign/Spider/Some Dungeons early to the Early-Late game.
3 Abyssal + Coldheart + Runekeeper Dazdurk (or any team-debuff remover) = spider clears!

thats good to hear Ash, and before i go further in the video, im gonna list all the rares im working on or had and sacrificed over something stupid. : frozen banshee, coldheart, kurzad, apothecary, the geargrinder dude (idk his name right off the top of my head but hes a orgryn tribe faction i believe, a healer and reviver with a continuous heal), bogwalker, metal shaper, frozen banshee's sister,
Great video full of positivity as usual, and also some useful info - especially for early to early mid players. I had Lifetaker as an early rare so took her to max and found her pretty useful in Fire Knight & Arena with the decrease speed/tm & the heal reduction. Built her with speed, accuracy & 100% crit and she helped out a long time whilst the shard luck was cruel. As you always say man, max what you need for your account at the time 👍

Ash, thats fantastic news! I have lynch syndrome and have to be checked every two years for colon cancer. I've not been watching your videos very long as I've only played since Deliana being given out for free. However, I must say in my opinion you are my go to content creator for Raid simply because you are entertaining. You have the info, you have the comedic element, you have a good positive vibe, and you have the drive to make content. You're far from mediocre.

Thanks Ash, Ive always appreciated how early game and F2P minded you have always been. You're my favourite Raid CC and maybe my favourite CC period. Please don't let this comment derail that, but I was hoping that you would have considered the rares that have sleep for the Sand Devil. One example would be Mudstalker, which you missed. Still, thanks again.
I leaned on Gnarlhorn early on my account to get me through dungeons and Doom Tower Normal. I didn’t replace him until I got Visix. But now I even use him as my Mischief tank on my Hydra Normal team. He also provokes Head of Decay. Still getting lots of use from him. Great champ!
Out of all of these types of videos I watch from cc's, I always wish they'd throw up a list at the end of the video of the recommended champions. They always talk about so many champions and not all are auto 6*, as this video is about. A list would be a good wrap-up to the video.

The only reason I use Frozen Banshee in the late game is because there is often the daily mission to use a rare in clan boss, so I just made a nightmare team with her so I don't forget to do that when it eventually comes up.
I recently got frozen banshee and she has been an absolute game changer for clan boss!

As for one champion you missed out on. You did a video on him the other day actually. Muckstalker. Yeah he's pretty limited on where to use him. Still with the new boss coming out. He'd help a lot of players that are starting out against the boss

I always wonder why I cannot find a definitive list of rares that would encompass all of those needed for the secret rooms in both difficulties of Doom tower. So that we know what to eventually keep, maybe as our faction guardians for example. Just as a back burner area to have them when we begin our journey up the towers in anger.

I'm about to take crimson slayer to lvl 60 soon (I haven't done it yet) as I already have her fully booked and I love her for fire knight against force & spirit affinity - with the triple hitter, 50% turn meter depletion and 50% heal reduction, I also like her in certain tag team arenas against certain force champions like ultimate death knight with sleep on the triple hitter A1 as well - combine crimson slayer + soulbond as two spirit rares - really a good combo imo for players like me who don't have epics & legendaries who can take care of those aspects of the game

I'm starting to love Candleguard, with two AOEs, and one of them with weaken. She has helped me in the rare secret rooms a ton

Hey Ash! Great list! pretty similar to my own i did maybbe 1 or 2 days before your video with a few changes. Love the hype around Gnarlhorn. "I pity the fool" that fed Gnarlhorn into the Razhin fusion as i consider he is more endgame viable than the legendary haha! You didnt forget any rares worth mentioning, but maybe could add Arminger in the worth to fully max champions. Still extremely usefull in the endgame!

I just got Krisk during the 10x so I'm focusing everything on him right now. When cvc pops I'm going to max him out and steal gear to get his build as good as I can.
Oh dude congrats! I opened 21 void shards hoping for Krisk but didn't pull any legos, then opened 2 ancient shards just to do it. And on the 2nd pulled Kyoku. Shes not a Brogni or Valj but hey you won't see me complaining. Shes only my 2nd lego from shards in 212 days and both were pulled from ancients
@@EthanFinley1 Kyoku is fantastic! I got her awhile ago and she's such an upgrade over seeker! She also does super well on a go 2nd arena team because of her passive. I built her super tanky but also gave her some decent damage stats.

Great channel and great tips. Try putting Dilgol in a poison set ⬆️ crit rate. He can be very useful.
On a PS, great to hear that you're not starting any cancerous change. Keep away from anything that can trigger it though. Your family history may make you predisposed to lung cancer, but as long as you keep away from epigenetic triggers, you should be good.

100% would max.
Corpulent Cadaver can be a good Faction wars champ. Put him in a shield set, and a Divine life set.
His A2 places a 20% shield. The shield set places a 30% shield. Then Divine life places a 15% shield. They stack.
With no other help, he gets a 3 layer deep shield for his A1 to work with.
Par him with UDK 's shield buff and he can get nasty.

Ash! Thanks for the video dude glad you are okay! I heard in a recent video of yours that they should change the x10 to x25 or something on the most recent x10 with Brogni I went all in! I ended pulling 3 Legos in total and..nada! Of course lol I pulled War Mother/Queen Elva/ and Ultimate Death knight (dupe obviously) pretty much a let down. What should I do with the dupe UDK? I'm thinking I'm gonna build a second. Thoughts?

Yes, Kurzad Deepheart! I've got him up to 50 because he slaps. Ashwalker is great, currently got him up to 40 so getting there. Coffin Smasher got him up to 50 so only 10 more levels to go. This is getting weird for me, got Pain Keeper at 50. Ah there we go not got Coldheart as of yet. Frozen Banshee oh yeah, currently at level 50 I powered through 12 levels of Dragon when I pulled her early last year. Banshee in my vault going to be bringing her out soon. Abyssal using him in F.W, got him up to 30. Woohoo Bellower, currently got him up to 50 but need to change the artifacts I've got on him.

Dark Elhain is one that I used for ice golem, for a looooong time
C.H.E.V.A.L.I.E.R. - 7.1 multiplier defense based A1 with ignore shield and block damage, and RNG multi hit. (I often get 4-6 hits). His A2 hits above its numbers too.
Not to mention the value of CCs trying to pronounce his name. (Spoiler alert, it's pronounced Cheeev A Leee)

Just quietly, everyone sleeps on how much better Valerie's shield is at 60 than 50, probably because no one else has maxed her lol.
Is anyone looking at the rare tier lists again with awakenings? I have a couple of 5-6 star awakenings for rares I never planned to build. Would be interesting to see if there are any major changes to the tier list if you figure in awakenings.

Personally I really like diabolist really just because she is a champion you can farm in campaign that also will both boost your turn meter and lower the opponents whole team for both with no real dedicated build so she can be built however make her a tank make her a damage dealer whatever just a easy to get turn meter manipulator until you have high katun very useful
I dunno man, Lifetaker does solid work for me vs Fire Knight. She has a multi-hit on both her A1 and A2, a reflect damage skill on her A3 which drops his shield counter when he attacks, and a decrease speed debuff to keep his shield down for longer. Lifesteal and Perception gear. She's a solid epic.
Lifetaker can hit pretty good for those of us that don't have every champion in the game Like some players. Also even though she isn't even a rare, but she really should be if a person has 2 or 3 of Sniper, I currently have 3 one at 60 and 2 at 50 pare these three with say Krisk they can run through the campaign from beginning to end with the right kit.
Pear coffin Smasher with cadaver will that's a stretch. Lol
Early on Dagger was a crutch, and maxxed her out. She so consistently lands her debuffs I still use her a fair amount

Harrier was my first ancient shard pull and my first void champion so I instinctively built him up wasted a whole bunch of resources and time 😢

life taker is actally a good shadowkin rare for fire knight and spirit keep.has a 100% heal reduction on the a1 with a 40% chance when upgraded. and it hits 2 times so you have 2 chances at hitting it. plus she has a turn meter reduction with a decrease speed on the a2. def worth at least a 50 im my book.

Now a question for anyone... since you said that Apothecary is top 3 Rares of the whole game, and I have seen a lot of people comparing High Khatun and Apothecary, I wonder if I should rank 6 him before something else, I have a rank 6 Kael and a rank 6 Urogrim, I could rank 6 either Bellower, Apothecary, HK, Ronda, Lanakis, Warmaiden, Kunoichi, Mordecai, Armina, Renegade or Djamarsa, I think Kunoichi could be very good for sustain, while Ronda will help me a great deal on Fire Knight to farm a good Regen set for Urogrim, but maybe Apothecary or he at rank 5 is good enough to focus on someone else as my 3rd rank 6?, F2P here only 5 weeks playing, so very early game I guess

What about Candleguard in Dwaves? She seems to do pretty good damage. I am very weak in this faction and she changes the tide for me. Agreed with Avir, btw.

The only rare i took to 60 not on your list is draconis, because he was my first ever void pull and i slapped a beefy shield set on him to help me through early game. He still sees play against scarab boss

I just pulled a Lamibur (twice actually)... Leveled him to 40 so far and I must say he is a great Healer for Skinwalkers and deals some good damage as well... any thoughts on the Scary Rabbit???
