I definitely want to try out plant link as I enjoyed playing d link so it should be quite fun. Out of all the budget decks for next format tenpai is seriously good so long as people don't know you're playing it
Got a box from a sneak peek and pulled a fiendsmith engraver and instantly had 5 people swarm me in the shop saying they’d payment $110 for it so I sold it instantly since I play tenpai and didn’t need it lmaooo I hate how expensive they had to make snake eyes fiendsmith
lol yeah looking back i could have bargained for a higher price but i don’t think the guys were gonna be willing to pay too much for it especially when they are going to Texas for nats and it was marked at 110 on gamers choice so I felt like it was the most fair option

Like for me a lot has changed recently i have been grinding on my weight loss quest to go from 460+ down to 260lbs and while I have had some setbacks with my old knee injury issues and back pain issues from playing basketball and people having to hack me to stop me from being able to score and extensor tendonitis in my foot i keep grinding twice a week with physical therapy in the pool as for yugioh i am currently looking into bringing back eldlich stun using some interesting techs to shut down the opponent for example playing crackdown to steal a threat and then use it for a link of my secret boss monster bls to push for an otk

I've been making a ragnaraika ogdoadic deck it's so fun none of my monsters leave everything can be cycled and It punishes my opponent for doing anything
Gimmick Puppet has an ok board if they choke the FTK (not great but passable) plus a critical mass of handtraps. But it is a deck that will rise and fall at random, like Dark World, based solely on people being ready for it when it becomes dominate then forgetting it even exists later. Unironically, Mimighoul seems like a pretty good deck that can see some tops at regionals and almost sure to steal some locals. It's pretty good for a first wave... so that means Konami's gonna pull a Beetrooper doesn't it. But the deck only cost like $20 for the main core.

With Dark World I do often bubble out (or get bottom 3 sometimes) cuz the second I walk in people throw their Drolls in main before the tourney starts. But I love the deck and can push through nearly anything but Droll or Shifter. I get the feeling Puppets are gonna be a similar vein,able to FTK or control through nearly everything. But the second Droll comes out you go game 2.
At my locals yesterday, someone played mimighouls and went either x-1 or x-0, dont remember. Anyways they have the wonderful ability of triggering your own triple tactics cards, which is great.
@@YourKingSkeletor I'ma be honest, I play a pretty degenerate version of Dark World that uses Daddy Grapha to discard Lucent, and summon Ido to the opponents field, locking them out of the game. I've also been using the guy that disables droll. Forgot his name, haven't played it in a while, been experimenting with all the new decks coming out.
@@theinsertnameherechannel2432 I just run Gen and Ken to give my opponent a chance via Droll cuz my build is toxic. With about 90% chance I can handloop 4-5 and end on Muckraker, the fusion spell set, 2-4 mat Apollousa, Bagooska, and Knightmare Gryphon. So I always start my turn by resolving my first effect and asking if I get Drolled (not to be toxic but cuz if so I'm probably scooping that round).
I see in your latest video that you put gimmick puppet really low in the tier list and like I was building the deck when I see the video so I want to build the deck but ,cause I have no money, I can't really build a deck like ritual beast
Hi hi. European Plant player here. Can't play the main deck raika - we get plant locked by the better plays. It's also bad with Evil seed. The other insect is an extender to get from Evil seed into Rosemary. Won't play the Link 5 plant because...it doesn't do enough. When the life gain is relevant, you should have already comboed off Funnily enough Traptrix-Raika with the new support is waaaaay better now
@@monstakadoygo i was trying to make a ragnaraika deck, but since I’ve barely begun to learn the other archetypes i need to mix in with it, I haven’t really gotten far. I can say reptiles aren’t it though.
@@uncreativeusername-sl9qf yeah I've seen a small ragnaraika package in plants, and I've tried naturia reptile ragnaraika. With the new card, naturia ragnaraika gets infinitely better
@@monstakadoygo good to know. I still need to figure out naturia myself. I’m starting to slightly figure out the plant link mess that is Rikka/sunavalon/aroma, but not fully, then testing and constant deck revisions are next and I’m going to hate getting around to that.
@@uncreativeusername-sl9qf plant link is one of those decks that once you have the core set, the rest is up to you and where you play/how you play. As long as you know where you're going, there's so many routes you can take. I built a 44 card cactus bouncer turbo deck a while back, even before the raika cards

I've been loving Tri-Brigade Fire Kings, leaves room for lots of handtraps and alpha. Nice combos into zealantis, shuraig, hope harbinger

chimera illusion is a budget friendly rouge deck. you may have to slightly invest a little more but its definitely not a expensive deck
