It's crazy that this landed in my recommended vids. I literally saw you on this ride yesterday! You were stopped at a light on Baseline Road and I was in my Tesla. I told my son "look at that tiny motorcycle". You were doing wheelies waiting for the light to change. Small world.

I love gas powered engines but this has truly and honestly changed my look on electric powered vehicles quiet for neighborhoods and efficient run times gotta cop one big props man great video.
Gas can be very quiet if you don't play with the exhaust that is totally unnecessary.

How much did this upgrade cost you ?
An easier way to get 60+ MPH, change the motor sprocket to 14 tooth, easily gain an extra 10+ MPH

@@xxbublebee123 If you mean acceleration yes, it does take longer to get that higher top speed, you would want to gear down lower in order for you to get even more torque

These are the projects that make me super excited with my build. I'm taking it slow, one part at a time. Just got the motor controller and now all that's left is the battery!
U didn't get a kit if you have no prior electrical experience you should get a kit because youight buy incompatible parts and if one is wrong you might have to swap out 2 you should use his electro and co build I've already used or

Rear shock and tires might need to be swapped out for better, depending on rider weight and riding style. Great job, now I want one to go with my supermoto to the track.
For those asking below that didn't go to the site to look at the kit price....
Stock bike $600 +tax (8.75% in CA) = $653
Kit spec'd to Sur Ronster per the site - $1,274 (take off $64 w/ 5% discount code) +tax (8.75% in CA) = $1385
TOTAL = $2040 (plus some misc tools, zip ties, stuff probably also, didn't look at shipping costs for bike or kit)

I really hope with this we see some better priced alternatives to the Surron. I really want to get into riding these things but cant convince myself to spend $4k+. This thing looks like a blast though.
Unfortunately pricing will only be going up on these kits and builds. I just built a city cruiser ebike that put me back over $5,000 and that was just for basic build nothing special. My top end speed is around 40mph.

This is such an awesome project! I love wheelies on the old Honda z50’s because of the size of the bike. Your electric bike looks the same size and the torque looks perfect and I like how quiet it is compared to the gas engines…not trying to piss off my neighborhood haha.

There is other packages that don’t include the suspension and brakes that are only 600-100 dollars depending on which battery you pick. It’s called the ultimate 5000w razor kit
