This is so beautiful - the lights, the excellent use of DOF shifting, the decoration of the apartment. And this lighthearted song fits very well to the visuals. Just one little thing which might could be improved imho is the excessive use of panning shots and camera movements which makes the film a bit hasty. I know that this is customary for such presentations. But there are so many scenes in which a movement starts, accelerates, slows down and stops. In the next scene again and over and over: start, accelerate, slow down and stop. The alternative is a walkthrough camera which you also have used. This looks more quiet, and I know you could not use that for the whole film, cause this is no video game. My idea is to add some very subtile movements which appeal nearly like still images in-between the faster movement shots. So you might could generate an overall more calmer atmosphere.
