Another crucial thing to add though when it comes to money, is that UFC fighters are under contract with the promoter which is UFC, while big names in boxing such Floyd, Klitchko, Joshua are their own bosses. Such boxers when they negotiate their payday they ask for fat loaded money checks because they have their own faith in their hands. They also get way better sponsorship deals unlike MMA fighters where the promoter (UFC, ONEFC, Bellator...) is the one who signs sponsorship deals and get hold of sponsors' money at the end of the day.

Certainly neurology plays a role, as well as body weight and neck musculature, but I have to wonder if skull thickness and shape plays a role as well?
Proper neck posture is definitely important . And you have to have a flexible neck. Im not a professional but i know from experience in kickboxing that my chin was beter when i felt like my neck was flexible. It got worse when i started going to the gym and making it stiff
