@@Jack44M most of these hits are not to the head and neck area. If these hits were, they would be targeting and should be flagged.
The majority of these flagged plays are football plays. Not targeting. If you're afraid of getting hit hard, don't play football.

Most of these hits did not get a flag due to them being clean hits but when you hit with the helmet to helmet, that's just not safe for either player. If its a clean big hit it should not be flagged. They are getting better at this rule as it goes.
The NCAA need to get rid of the stupid "Targeting Rule", if not at least make the first hit a personal foul, second time an ejection!!
