I'd figured this out on my own, but I was doing it with fruity slicer and extracting grooves from foley samples lol Once you have a groove you can save the score and use it as a quantize preset
it's an issue with time warper, u can probably do the same thing he tryna do by literally listening to the loop or using fruity slicer to re arrange the drums. tbh I avoid drum grooves as much as possible but that's just me and I only make trap lol

You can do it the same way. It is not exact all the time but you can edit it in the piano roll in fl.
