I couldn't wait to bring you this game, so I didn't... The Epic 5v5 on the neroxis (10x10) went down just a few hours ago!
Lots of fun to cast, and because it was so quick, and I have been away with a little less content than usual, I decieded to forgo early access for this once.

Comments are like gold dust for me. You can put a smile on my face, or make us all laugh, be impressed with your insight on some FAF skill - I learn many things here (eg ground firing 4-5 stacked donuts, insta-kill enemy ASF that go for the 'nut).
Finding out you enjoy these casts MAKES MY DAY. I also appreciate comments from people who point out where I'm going wrong, and what I can improve. They are responsible for many of the positive changes to the channel.
I've setup a way to support the channel for anyone willing to do so. I love casting games, and certainly don't require financial incentive to press record. If people enjoy my video content, and wish to help meet some of the costs involved, then great, and if it ever extends to the point it allows me to devote more time to casting, then the magic really begins. Getting Casted:
I am nearly finished making a little website to help facilitate replays / informations / contact details etc, until it's complete, I ask that you only send in replays that are 1400+ and action packed and close to / just beyond the epic mark. Also GREAT 1v1's are appreciated.
If your replay passes the sniff test, send it to GWB@fox7simulations.com (ensure you swap the 7 with a 3 for spam purposes, so it looks like ..fox3sim….)
Include your FAF gamer tag if you wish to be credited (otherwise I will use your FIRST NAME ONLY). If I can't cast, I will do say why, instead of simply ignoring you.

For those who like what they see, but aren’t entirely sure if they heard right, yes Forged Alliance is a game that’s 15 years old. You heard right, Fifteen! Kept alive & thriving, thanks to a fantastic team of people (where those words actually mean something). Check out FAForever (dot) com for information & quick start guide. The game is cheap enough on the steam store.

One of those battles that was impossible to predict who would win for a long long time deep into it.
Hurts my soul every time I see a team lose air and then send forward T4 without AA!
Then at 43:00 red is just chilling far forward with 0 AA! I swear team games people assume if they aren't air they don't need to worry about it and pretend it doesn't exist...
It hurts me too.
Strange how watching inanimate simulations of robots being slaughtered in the worst possible way, actually does hurt. Psychology lesson here somewhere!
Nukes just passing each other, expertly targeted waving casually to one another to assassinate the senders. That is a play for the storybooks!

hey i got a multi question for the CZcamsr. Is that bright white minimap default or why isnt it reflecting the actual map color, also if this is bright white by default, is there a way to have a not so bright color like grey? cause its hard watching it full screen if like 20% of the screen is just as bright as you would stare into the sun. cheers.
Great question... What happens when the AI generates a random map (we call Neroxis map generator) for some reason it doesn't generate a mini map with similar colours.
I completely agree with you, that failing all else, 50% grey would be a much better default, than bright white. Hopefully this will be a change when they next update.

The "noob" is a noob because he didn't really have any impact on the game with all that eco. This game is not about how much mass you can make but about winning the game with any means it offers. And you can't win a game just with mass points and mass fabs. Gotta put that income to use and spam exp or go for stand off tech
30 minutes in it's so frustrating to watch. Maybe I've watched too many pro level players, but sending percies in against t1 arty is a big No No
These are the dumbest players ever. 36 minutes in, the guys walks a GC up to the front of the enemy base then just parks it there to get bombed...facepalm
We all make mistakes, few people more than I, however when I started casting these games, it didn't take me long to realise that teams coming up from behind, owing to multiple big mistakes made by the other team, that was until the point ahead - made for very frustrating viewing.
The "ohhhh noooo..." Feeling I got when casting, really was shared by many watching. I wanted people to leave thinking "that was a GG, might even give it a like" Vs "a tiresome slow motion car crash" where one almost felt a relief the suffering is over.
