Getting Casted (I am looking for GOOD CASTABLE GAMES!):
To get a replay casted - People sending in casts WILL ALWAYS get credited, they save me a LOT of time and massively help in this process.
It’s easier to say what doesn't get casted. (Only about 1-3% of games in the vault make a “castable cut”).
NO MATTER HOW GOOD / SKILLFUL PLAYERS ARE.
Supreme Commanders, Please ensure:
1) The FAF replay doesn’t desync (unless you KNOW it doesn’t impact the replay - let us know in the email).
2) I have the luxury to respond to everyone who takes the time to write in, and here’s the deal:
3) If I get too busy to deal with emails/replays, I’ll stop asking! Nobody's writing to an overflowing inbox, getting ignored.
4) "Great Castable Games" and "Great Play" are NOT always the same. I occasionally get sent replays to cast from players who are GENUINELY chuffed at the game (they usually star!) and they usually do well - but something else is what makes it uncastable, for eg:
5) Games Too Short - Most games last under 30 minutes. Unless something special happens, these are less unlikely to feature. Not set in stone, but the closer to 40-60mins, usually the better. Epics, 1-2x every couple weeks = GOLDEN!
6) Players/Teams turtling, not much action / big gaps in action. One of the HIGHEST rated games I saw to cast, had 10m of almost no action, beyond scouts, as several 2300,2400,2500 rated eco'd & built. Late game great, but nobody would have been left to see it by then.
7) Sometimes other reasons, because of the way CZcams algo works with recommended videos & feeds etc. Sadly, I have no influence in that. All must play by the rules, including the unwritten ones, or face the consequences. Eg Big channels don't feature many "newbie 1v1".
If your replay passes the sniff test, send it to GWB@fox7simulations.com (ensure you swap the 7 with a 3 for spam purposes, so it looks like ..fox3sim….)

A valued subscriber previously suggested trying larger strategic icons, which is what you see here. Unfortunately this seems to have helped some and downgraded others experience. I'm gonna have to go with the majority in this one, so vote up/down "SuperSpamish" comment or "MattiPiirainen" and that will dictate the future on this one.
"Hatschi is Luof0qued". I was in a room with other watching with a headset. They must have wondered what was so funny about a game replay.
Love the map icon mod for old ppl! For once I can make sense of those icons :D

Hell of a comeback. As for the GUI, I'm in the third camp and use 'Advanced Strategic Icons'.

Hatschi felt very in his own world this game - there was several times when purple lost expensive restorers because the air was nowhere to be found - very little air-ground teamwork.

The names made a good game a wonderful cast. And the cartoon style icons remind me really of PA for some reason, it's weird but nice and clear as to what's going on.

Maverick around 18 min. His push was never going to accomplish anything there. Should stop getting his units shot up by PD/Restorers and then asking his team to throw away ASF for no good reason.
