  • Chocolate Crinkles are a must this holiday season. This chewy and moist chocolate crinkles with a crackly exterior are gorgeous to look at and impossible to resist. Best dessert for your buffet, for giveaways this Christmas or you can start a business with this baked goodies. Try this classic foolproof recipe that isn't overly sweet but chocolatey and rich.

    Ingredients:
    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp coffee powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    powdered or icing sugar
    Yield
    1 tbsp of crinkles mixture

    I made the dough yesterday, then i baked it now.😍 Dahil wala akong white powdered sugar, nagblender ako ng white sugar.😍 Ang sarap niya, binawasan ko lang yung sugar. dahil ayaw ko masyado sweet. kaya ang sarap!!😍 Bakit ngayon lang ako nahilig magbake. kainis.😅 thank you sa recipe.♥️

      @@geejaneabante7457 1/2 cup lang ginamit ko sa white sugar sa brown 1/4 lang hehe Sakto sakin yun.. sa panlasa ko yun ha... baka kasi hindi tayo pareho..😊 Try mo gawin muna yung sinabi sa video then adjust adjust ka nalang pag gumawa ka ulit.😊

    tried this one using oven toaster. just had to adjust the time to 3 to 5 mins. masarap sya. mejo sobrang tamis lang but this is one of the best recipes i tried.😊

    Tried it last night. It was so good! Everyone loved it. It's soft and chewy. 1 tbsp scoop doubles the size when baked. Naging 2 inches sya. Overall I made 44 dough balls. I put the rest in a ziplock and put it in the freezer para I can just bake it anytime. Sulit ang recipe na to 😊

    Hi guys! I tried it and sobrang legit ng recipe na to! Masarap at hindi sya sobrang matamis. Totoo na moist and chewy. I tried a lot of recipe that promise “moist and chewy” daw pero this recipe is PERFECT!
    Hindi runny yung mixture ko so binalot ko sya sa cling wrap and 1hr ko lang sya nilagay sa freezer.
    *wala akong coffee so yung 3 in 1 ginamit ko :)

    Tried it and it was really moist, chewy and crispy on the outside! Thank you po sa recipe. This is my first baked goodie 😃 Ung 3rd batch ko nag fail, kung kelan last na. hehe! I think I overbaked kasi naging bread ung texture. But I got it right sa first batch. So happy that I followed your recipe. My kids love it! 😃👍

      Hi po! Ako din po nagtry. Mys first attempt was perfect. But nung 2nd try ko na,di na naging ganun ka solid yung batter ko. Medyo malabnaw na siya compared sa una kaya parang ang hirap nya imold (sticky masyado). Ano po kaya ang naging mali?huhu

    Hi i tried your recipe po. Indeed it was moist and chewy pero parang mejo natatapangan ako sa taste due to the coffee ingridient. I'll just reduce it to 1 tsp next time. Btw thank you for sharing your recipe.

    Nag try ako gawin tong recipe kahapon, Grabe super sarap pati asawa ko nasarapan. Nung nilagay ko sya sa ref Moist and chewy pa rin hanggang ngayon. Para sakin eto yung perfect na recipe ng crinkles na pang business talaga. Thank you sis sa pagshare ng recipe😊😊

    hi! First time I tried this, it came out really fudgy and chewy, but the second time and the third time i made this, the texture became really cakey. What could be the problem?

      Hi, maybe it's the ingredients or the temperature. Make sure to bake it for exactly 10-12 minutes depending on the size of your scooper. It may look like it's under baked but it's not. So, be sure to remove it from the oven and let it cool on room temp completely.

      5minutes sa baba.. 4 minutes sa taas
      Wag nyo pag sabayin kc masusunog
      Kung malambot nmn ang crinkles mo
      Bago mo ba ilagay sa oven toaster bawasan mo ng tag 1minutes yun baba at taas...
      Note.. bantayan nyo po, keu na bahala mag adjust kung nalalambutan pa keu pero sakin ok, un malambot kc pag lumamig sya titigas pa sya..

    i just made it today but im using improvise oven instead of electric oven and sobrang sarap niya ang moist di ko na nga madescribe yung lasa niya kasi masarap talaga siya pero mas nangingibabaw yung lasa ng choco honey dip ng dunkin donut you should try this recipe guys hindi kayo magsisisi

      @@KusinaniInday yes po susubukan ko din po yang no chill version niyo since di rin makapaghintay yung mga kids ko pti asawa ko kada makakaluto ako kinakain nila agad sa dami dami ng napanood kong version ng crinkles eto lang po talagang version mo yung napili kong subukan actually matagal na sya naka save sa library ko di ako nagkamali ng pagpili ng susubukan looking forward po sa iba pang recipe godbless po 🥰🥰🥰

      Just freeze it with a cling wrapper and put into a zip lock bag. It will last for a month or two. 🙂 In my case po, nag last ang crinkles ko ng 2 days sa ref kasi hindi po talaga tumatagal sa mga anak ko haha. 5 days po ang shelf life ng crinkles. 😊

      Make sure po na na-dissolved ang sugar and don't overmix. 12 mins po dapat para hindi under baked.

    Hi! Meron kabang maisusuggest? I tried this yesterday and baked it today. I used half of the recipe. Medyo dry siya. I want to achieve yung underbaked chewy texture. Baka you have recommendations? Tsaka pala if you have aircon sa bahay? Kasi yung powdered sugar ko sobrang na didissolve na after.

      Hi po, gaano po kalaki ang scoop na ginamit niyo sa bawat crinkles? Exactly 12 mins niyo po ba binake? Ang crinkles po na ito ay safe both ref and room temp. Naka depende po kasi minsan sa brand na ginamit. Penco po ang powdered sugar ko dito. 🙂

      Kusina ni Inday gumamit ako ng mini scooper pero di ko pinuno. Siguro nga medyo maliit yung size. 10 mins lang kasi nakita ko na parang ma oovercook na kapag tinagalan ko pa. not sure sa brand kasi wala siyang name nung binili ko.     Hi! Gusto ko itry na smaller size crinkles, like 1 tsp instead of 1 tbsp. How long should I bake it and what temperature?

      Bake it for 8-9 minutes the temperature may vary on the oven you're using mine is 175C. 🙂

      Hi po, yes I always use calumet baking powder for my baked goods. You can use naman po any brand ng all-purpose flour. 🙂

      Hindi po, much better not to over mix the batter. Once everything is combined. Takpan at ilagay sa freezer. 🙂

      Sa akin po sa freezer 4 days po bago ko binake. Pwede po tumagal ang dough basta naka cling wrap and nasa freezer.

      You overmixed it po and dapat exact ang measurement ng flour. Once well-incorporated ang lahat ng ingredients. Stop and cover with cling wrap na po. 🙂

    How to know po if okay na po ung pag-mix ng mga ingredients pra maiwasan po ang overmixing? Minsan po ksi dry, minsan tama naman po na chewy nagagawa ko. Para po sana consistent ung products na mgagawa ko. 😊

      Basta po well-incorporated na ang ingredients stop na po ang pag mix. Dapat po eksakto ang measurement ng flour. 1 tbsp po ng dough ay exactly 12 minutes ang baking time. 🙂

    Hi Kusina ni Inday, what's the difference po kapag after mixture of ingredients hindi na irerefrigerate at irerefrigerate? Question dinpo kapag irerefrigerate? Sa chiller po ba or sa freezer? Kung sa chiller overnight po ba? Pano kapag sa freezer gaano katagal? Kasi sa chiller po parang hindi siya tumitigas like ung texture na nasa video. Lumalamig lang ung dough. Yung brown sugar po ba ay iba pa sa washed sugar? Or pwede pong washed sugar amg gamitin? ano pong temperature and ilang mins po for pre-heated oven? I'm going to try your recipe po :) Thank you!! Hoping for your answer para makapagstart na din ako :)

      Hi po, the dough needs to be in freezer para po mas mapabilis ang pagtigas nito. Ang dough na galing sa freezer ang nagbibigay ng magandang cracks sa crinkles. Ang washed sugar po ay mas lighter in color at mild ang caramel taste compare sa brown sugar na mas darker at definite ang caramel taste. At least 6 hours sa freezer or overnight po para mas madaling ibilog. Washed or brown will do naman po and at least 15-20 mins po ang pag pre-heat ng oven bago isalang ang ibi-bake niyo. 🙂

      @@KusinaniInday ohhh kaya po pala need siya bale freezer po no at hindi lang chiller. Ask ko lang din po magbabago po ba ang mins ng pagbake kapag po ung dough na ibebake ko is half the size po nung 1 tsp scoop po?

      Yes po mga nasa 7-8 mins lang po ang baking time. 🙂 Much better na bantay bantayan niyo po para di ma overbake.

      Hindi ko pa po nasusubukan sa oven toaster. Pero alam ko na pwede po basta bawasan niyo na lang ang temperature since mabilis maluluto ang crinkles dahil maliit ang toaster. 🙂

      Hello! You can use it, but it might make your crinkles a little crumbly since it doesn't give as much structure as the all-purpose flour. 🙂

      Bensdorp po ang gamit ko pwede din JB15, and dutche. 100 po per 1 dozen (1 tbsp) Yes electric oven po gamit ko up and down ang heat. 🙂

      No po, galing po sa freezer or chiller need niyo ng i-roll at i-bake right away. Mas magiging moist po kasi pag may kasamang brown sugar. 🙂

      Hi po, di ko pa po nasusubukan lutuin ito sa pan. Pero pwede niyo naman subukan kung may nonstick pan po kayo. Gawin niyo po ay tamang apoy lang at takpan ang pan. Then lutuin niyo po hanggang 12 minutes. Balitaan niyo ako kung kamusta ang outcome. 🙂

      It is best to follow the exact recipe. For the cocoa powder I always use bensdorp, jb15 or dutche. These are quality cocoa powder. 🙂

      Yes po still, up and down. Adjust the temperature to 150c kasi mas mabilis po maluto pag convection. 🙂

      Yes po, habang nakasalang ang first batch ay ilagay niyo po muna uli ang dough sa loob ng freezer. Yes po para mas maganda po ang cracks at outcome ng inyong crinkles. Base po sa aking experience. 🙂

      Pwede po both chiller and freezer, kung 24 hours niyo po sa chiller lang pero kung mas gusto niyo po mapadali ang pagtigas ng dough sa freezer na po.
