  • China MoFA LIVE: Beijing Denies Reports on Russia Using Chinese Military Items in War Against Ukraine
Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin held a regular press conference. Spokesperson Wenbin addressed questions on Russia-Ukraine war, Taiwan status and Beijing's diplomacy. Reportedly, Russia has been using Chinese military items in its war against Ukraine. Wenbin dismissed such reports saying that Beijing handles the export of military items in a prudent and responsible manner. He also added that China is neither the creator nor a party in the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Russian President Vladimir Putin is all set to meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping this week. President Putin’s state visit will mark his 43rd meeting with Chinese President Xi.

IMO, It is very close to the utter contempt vs hypocrisy as which one insults the most. I’ve thought carefully and determined it is contempt.

The burden of proof is on the claimant.

No it's not. This isn't a US court of law and, in fact, in China the burden of proof is on the defendant if the defendant is even allowed to show proof or defend themselves.

If China really helps Russia and India is unhappy, is the relationship between India and Russia good or bad? Isn’t India a little follower of Russia?
