Fortunately, your methodology points out how notes can be processed more effectively in terms of Projects, Key Elements, and Topics. This concept is very good for me to rethink while taking notes and picking up a good tool for them.
I've simply made them using chatGPT's Image generator. It's really nothing special :) The Prompt was something like: "Give me an image that represents my key elements in life." Hope this helps?

I use projects, focus (= key elements), and topics. Basically the Same.
