  • I forgot I had the Air Race scenery installed but gave it a bash anyway!
My mind is buzzing from the possibilities of this and it actually looks pretty decent scenery down here! Not exactly Forza quality, but way better than I hoped for!
Of course, terrain spools things but there is so much potential with the whole world as a playground, this is easily worked around!
Got to tame that understeer though!!
There are 3 variants so maybe I will try the others and see if the drive any differently. Epic fun... for a FLIGHT Simulator! :D

ridiculously hard to control in small adjustments, but good potential indeed.

What controls are you using? I am using yoke like a steering wheel and rudder pedals for accelerate and brake like a go-kart. Works well enough. It’s sensitive still but practice makes perfect as they say! 😅

@@Baracus250 Im just using a virtual controller set up to link to mouse, I don't like joysticks.
But it's basically a joystick, it just converts my mouse inputs to joystick xyz values.
Even moving my mouse like 1 pixel left or right in game can make the buggy steer like hard right or left.
Its like it has a reverse dead zone, a zone in the middle where sensitivity is just infinitely strong.
When I drive through water though, it appears to be more smooth.
often when doing certain turns, the goose can lose control in a very strange way and be really hard to keep straight again without resetting or really just taking am moment to stop. It's not just a matter of practice, there's just something no right about it.
whether its a limitation of fs2020 or its a flaw in the mod, I don't know, but its a shame either way because its nearly there. It's better than all the other crappy cars that have come before that often hover above the ground, cant steer much, and don't break fast.
also the juice goose could really do with being less front heavy so it doesn't go upsidedown all the time, its soo easy to go over the front with a tiny bump in the ground.
I also feel like the 3d model might be slightly unrealistically big, but maybe only by like 15%, but that's quite a nitpick.
