Both warriors, both great chins, GGG is ridiculous walking through about 8 punches in round 12. I had it 115-113. 7 rounds to 5 for GGG win. Great fight, GGG had ring control, pressure and throwing punches for 30 minutes, although less accurate and not as many significant blows as Canelo who fought a combined 6 minutes, very little control and pressure although better defence and accuracy. GGG unfortunately is getting slower, hopefully he watches this fight and spots canleos repetitive tendencies and puts on a better show next time, even though this was world class from both.

I only saw the last five rounds. I thought it was a great fight. I'm no boxing expert but it looked pretty competitive, not a blow out like people are saying. I thought Canelo did well the last maybe 3 rounds and looked pretty smooth and was landing some good shots. But I was also impressed with how GGG just kept coming forward, tireless and unfazed. He's like a machine. I was expecting GGG to get the nod, but that was mostly based on the commentary.
I said the same thing to my brothers prior to the fight, that Golovkin won't win a decision regardless how dominant he is. Golovkins only way of winning is by KO, and if not Golden Boy won't let their pampered child lose a decision. We seen it when Canelo got his ass whooped by Lara, and now Golovkin. So whatever is done with those toss up rounds determine whether either fighter gets a slight nod or if it goes to draw.

Both warriors, both great chins, GGG is ridiculous walking through about 8 punches in round 12. I had it 115-113. 7 rounds to 5 for GGG win. Great fight, GGG had ring control, pressure and throwing punches for 30 minutes, although less accurate and not as many significant blows as Canelo who fought a combined 6 minutes, very little control and pressure although better defence and accuracy. GGG unfortunately is getting slower, hopefully he watches this fight and spots canleos repetitive tendencies and puts on a better show next time, even though this was world class from both.

I only saw the last five rounds. I thought it was a great fight. I'm no boxing expert but it looked pretty competitive, not a blow out like people are saying. I thought Canelo did well the last maybe 3 rounds and looked pretty smooth and was landing some good shots. But I was also impressed with how GGG just kept coming forward, tireless and unfazed. He's like a machine. I was expecting GGG to get the nod, but that was mostly based on the commentary.
