Sorry you had to go through that. I ran Manchester marathon and was down in the dumps for a good while missing out on a sub 3 via 10 seconds but stuff like this puts it into perspective and sometimes I just need to be grateful I had I good run.

My own running works. quite well, had a bloddy toe this morning after my pre work 17k Run 🤪

@@ThatRunningGuy yes, was just a tiny cut from the other toe nail but the insole of my Mach 4 was soaked with blood 🤷🏼♀️
