Can employers display personal information such as Aadhaar and PAN numbers on payslips? Does this violate the DPDP Act, 2023

Looks like some level of adaption of the purpoted version of GDPR and other laws in some way with the terms also being almost identical but need to see the specific are being covered or conveniently get lost , such as what all are included in PII, PHI etc and the main aspect about the data time of maintainence, erasure and redaction and the guidelines around it , in addition to the information storage being localised or can be leveraged by third parties and who all will have access to data!! Need to see if it is half baked and half hearted attempt to the overall exercise or it is judiciously pursued to logical conclusion!!

They have made some amendments to the right to information law. These changes the govt will use to it's advantage to give free hand to it's cronies who take loan and fail to pay back, hence resulting in the loan being forgiven without any credibility. Any cronies of the #BJP govt. will be left out of the umbrella of a Data Fiduciary, and only freelance organizations (like NGO's, etc.) that collect personal data in public interest will be regulated as Data Fiduciary.
This bill is absolutely non-democratic in the way it will be used.
