This is why I wish we could have multiple save files. I'd love to do a new start, but I love my island so much I don't want to let it go.
I did a minimal terraforming island, and have just let it evolve naturally over time.
I would love to start again too, but I have all but six villagers pictures and I don't want to give those up. I've done all the diy's and now I'm working on getting all the bells. I'm way too goal focused. 😂

14:28 My best tip for less stress when fishing is to first, turn the volume up on your Switch.
Next, as usual, cast your bobber until the fish spots it...
Then as it approaches, IMMEDIATELY CLOSE YOUR EYES to LISTEN.
Remember: They can nibble up to four times. So if you hear four nibbles, it's an automatic chomp on the fifth.
This always puts my nerves at ease when counting in my head.
I feel like using a building to destroy the rock should be the only acceptable way to remove them to make this even more tricky
Naah, in my opinion removing the stones isn’t terraforming
If you would go that far then replacing trees would also not be „allowed“
I personally would allow to move the buildings like once.
I mean, you place them down. And after you got everything, vaulting pole and ladder especially, you are allowed to move them to theit final spot. That way you can choose the locations a bit more freely, but it's still limited
It was aggravating that we couldn't move residential service, but at least i found one where it was perfectly centered to the airport, in front is my rich garden

Teddy is of my favoudites! I got him as my starter villager this time . He was one of the villages i had on my first island. He was the boyfriend of Tutu in the bear area which is another dreamy. I prefer the starter island music rather than when it gets to 3 star.
I've kind of done similar with my island - still playing on my day-1 island from when the game released, I've only done the tiniest amount of terraforming, added some clifftops/waterfalls but for the most part the rest of the island is near identical to how it was when I picked it!

For the small centre island u could put Nooks Cranny and fill the island with stuff from the recycle box so its like a yard sale. Great video keep up the good work

Ooh yay! My island is allllmost terraform-free-I wound up building a little land bridge leading to my museum because I couldn't get a real bridge to line up centered 🤦♀️ But I really love my island's natural feeling, like we just moved somewhere and made it our home the way it was. So fun to see other designs that are the same way!

I didn't do a lot of terraforming on my first island. I don't think I fully understood it. When the 2.0 update came and I wanted the castle I figured it out. Your interaction with your villagers his hilarious! I do the same, like you are not going anywhere Bob! Bob's Gang

Hey Crossing Channel! I was wondering how you show your switch screen on your computer so you can record it? I tried buying adapters and screen casting things, watched some videos, and hooked them all up. Long story short it didn’t work. I thought I would ask someone with experience which has led me to you! I think a detailed video showing people how to create their own acnh vids would be something people would watch. Thanks!

So I’m hearing that if you write to your villagers and send them presents as fruit, they’ll mail you back fruit as well - maybe not native, sister or mom? I’d love to try this out but just food (ha!) for thought if you want to try it out to get the other fruits
Mine always used to do that in Wild World e v e r y t i m e without fail, that’s how I got all my fruit, but so far it didn’t work in New Horizons. My mum sent me an apple in the beginning, that was it 😂 got the rest from visiting my friend’s island

Do you play handheld or docked? Because fishing is harder if you're playing docked because there's a delay in the video and input. If you're going to be fishing a lot, I recommend playing handheld.
