I am playing The Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild on a Nintendo Switch.
I use an Elgato HD60 to record my videos.

Back in my day Zelda games used to give you 3 save slots to use. But this is a fine workaround. I appreciate it!

actually u can go outside...cuz u play @ ur own pace instead of playin pvp where u struggle to keep up w/other players...pve console gaming is all i do now...cuz i m free to pick up & put dwn my controller whenever i plz instead of bein n a guild that requires players to do ridc stuff for hrs on end....gaming is not gaming if u cant enjoy it....ill play this game for the rest of my life if need be...cuz i luv the enjoyment of playing....& thats what BotW offers that most games dont these days...by sucking out ur life essence....thats what those other games do...

A kid my mom takes care of thought it was a good idea to delete my save file, so when he said deleted hours of gameplay I actually felt that.
Make sure that no one has access considering it can take a lot of time to get your progress back

Wow what a useful video. I just got a switch and BOTW a couple weeks ago and wanted to see if I could have other people play their own campaign while I play mine (I'm ~40hrs in, hoping to 100%). Normally when I'm trying to find quick answers to stuff I have to skip through the video cause it's longer than it needs to be/has terrible advice/or spoilers/etc. You explained it quickly, did so with good commentary (your mic is peaking a bit but literally my only criticism) and kept it spoiler free. If thanks brother man, I was so close to losing everything since I hit new play to start all over and decided to look for some information about not losing everything. Since the game auto-save, I had only one left of my last saved from 2022..

I had a feeling that was the case but I just hate the fact that you have to create a whole new user profile for just for one game when every Zelda Game prior gave you 3 especially considering the fact that that you can only have 8 on one Switch

I once went through all the trauma to get the master cycle, multiple shrines, all the DLC armors, and really good weapons. I realize that my master cycle horse armor and amibos dont work. So, my dumb self decided it would be fine to hit new game, its been 2 years since that incident. WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE IN GAMING HISTORY. I cry to this day about it. There's no getting it back. I later found that I have fallen victim to a rare error that Nintendo didn't bother about. Thanks Nintendo.

omg i love botw but i was about to delete my save file with all my stuff i what to start again becuase i feel like its much more fun battling and completeing duengeons its just kinda boring after u beat the game

Actually, that isn't true. If it is downloaded on a Switch, it will be usable for every user on that Switch, whether or not that user purchased it.

How you do when is digital game? It requires to add the account to it, so you can't start the game with another user, no?

Go to settings and wipe all data off The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild system memory then sell it
I lost my 250 hour save file on the Wii u because of this. Would it have killed Nintendo to include more than just a SINGLE manual save file, like they do with pretty much every other game in the series?

People dont understand. If it says you need to buy the game, it’s because you did not buy the game physicly. Me i bought it that way so i have no problems. But if you buy it the other way. Ofc you need to buy it again.
Ohh my sister deleted her save file and though it would still be there because she saw you tubers starting again to do challenges such as beating breath of the wild with a single stick and getting to every tower without touching the ground.
