Great review! Just curious, do the lighter colored backpack such as this and ash grey get stained easily? Plus is it easy to clean up any remnants on the surface? I am extremely fussy about these things and it was a delight to watch you handle the bag as it was meant to be used.
Thank you so much for the kind words! I have noticed that the lighter coloured bags do get stained more easily. This is probably due to the stain showing more against a lighter colour than a darker colour. The Campus Backpack uses a nylon fabric that is not the tightest of weaves. I have noticed some staining in it and the washing has only made the stain fade a little. However, this does not bother me because I do enjoy how the bag looks with these marks on it. Makes it more unique and also has these marks to tell a story. Similar to how a leather will patina over time, this bag will fade, stain, and warp to make it more "mine". I would recommend going for a black or dark blue bag. These will not show stains as easily and also clean up nicer. My Brize 25 is a dark blue and I use it for hiking where it gets thrown around against rough surfaces. The dirt, tree sap, and other various substances do not show up at all. I hope this helps!
