@@muzza9338 Changing batteries is annoying and inconvenient. Casio and other brands like Seiko and Citizen have made battery changes obsolete through solar charging. In addition to this, does not Casio stipulate that all G-Shocks have their seals inspected, replaced and or lubricated every two years??? Prefect time to pop in a battery!

We can't call this an upgrade of the previous model since they omitted solar powered feature. Simply putting in additional gauges will do? How do u fully utilise the many features when it depletes battery power, forcing the customer to change battery prematurely? Seems like it's a dirty strategy to force customers to pay higher prices for premium models to have solar charging feature. Moreover, they would make good money when the watch is returned to their service agent for a battery change. I guess most customers do not know that having a cheap battery replacement by an average watch shop will compromise the watch's water resistance as only the authorised Casio service centre will reseal the case with a sealant after a battery change. Of course they charge a lot more! So, either way, Casio wins! 👎
For a battery operated watch, it is only feasible for a simple model without advanced, additional gauges and features. Otherwise, solar powered feature or electrical charging like the GBD-H1000, is necessary.

Disappointing band color and pusher colors. The blue band make the watch look like a toy! This "toy-ish" appearance is even further accented with a red plastic pusher at the crown position and another black plastic pusher above it. The black version is probably the only "adult" looking one. All metallic pushers and a navy or military blue, like the previous B100 had, would had been an spectacular better looking watch, but Casio went the "juvenile" (not to say a "kids" ) way with this one. The Mudmaster is an almost identical watch but has metallic pushers, manly colors, a more elegant and sporty look.

I WOULD NOT recommend this watch. My new Casio GRB200-1A "Gravity Master" has a "MAJOR" fault, in that the HANDS (Analog) time does NOT match the DIGITAL time. It's EXACTLY FIVE MINUTES OFF! It's NOT a good thing to have a watch that doesn't keep good time! Maybe a jeweler who knows how to advance the minutes hand by FIVE MINUTES can help. Either that or Casio! I was impressed with the watch until I ran into this issue. And YES, I have set the time manually AND with the Bluetooth app with the same results. Looks good, but I sure wouldn't recommend!
