Good reworks exist and can happen. Voli is great, mundo, sion etc etc. The current Yorick is literally that poppy version you hate lmao.
A good rework can be copy paste that fixed nothing with the champion,so mundo is not a good rework the thing is you don’t play mundo and you don’t give a fk

depend on the matchup cause first strike is more like u poke with your ghouls and you go in and conq is for long combat aa q etc..

P.s. there is this guy tc zwag. He is also skilled but is more popular. Even though a lot of his content not high elo. But thing is people often enjoy just gameplay which feels satisfying ( which is often high elo player doing silly thing for fun and getting away with it)
