Beef soup❤️
- 2 lbs of beef chuck
- 2 beef in bone shank
- 4 chopped celery stalks
- 1 large parsnip chopped
- 1 large turnip chopped
- 3 large carrots chopped
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 5 sticks of fresh thyme
- 1.5 tbsp of fresh oregano
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2tbsp evoo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 32 oz of beef stock
