- Vielo Bikes Dream builds - Enjoy a relaxing, chilled out ASMR video inside our Vielo HQ as we watch a customer order come to life. Every Vielo bike is custom built to order in our Gateshead workshop making each one bespoke to the rider, fitting like a tailor made suit.
Normally every customer gets a timelapse of their bike being built, but occasionally we film a deep dive video. Showing the detail, time and care taken to building your new bike.
In this video JJ’s Vielo V+1 Race Edition frame is being built. Before we start the build we’ve taken measurements from JJ’s current road bike and transferred them onto one of our test bikes. This helps us check the exact position JJ requires before JJ commits to buying. It also means when the bike arrives it needs no alterations, it will fit like a glove straight out of the box.

I’ve had a couple of rides on it this week and it is super fast, climbs extremely well and descends like a dream floating confidently over whatever terrain I choose, it inspires me to let the brakes go and let it find its way down. Really comfortable too for long days in the saddle. I never imagined I could get a bike to fit so well from a few conversations and a detailed bike fit report. I came across your bikes when visiting my LBS Super 7 which really is local to me; only a minute's ride. Today I popped in and Mike showed me a lovely road bike and of course the gravel bikes. I hope to come to the event at Chedworth next sunday to test ride a couple of your beauties

Thanks! Frame Size was Small and we didn’t end up weighing it! We’ll make sure the next one goes in the scales. We have 3 more build videos coming in the next month including a custom paint job
