- The Seattle Seahawks beat the Philadelphia Eagles 23-17 in a game Seattle dominated for most of the night. The Seahawk's defense sacked Carson Wentz 6 times and held Philly to under 300 yards of total offense. And after all the rumors that we’d be seeing a lot of Jalen Hurts last night, the backup QB only ended up recording 2 official snaps as Philly once again rolled with Wentz. Wentz did have 2 touchdowns, but he also threw a costly interception into the end zone in the 4th quarter. Cowboys haven’t had their starting tackles all season, starting center retired, Wolf Hunter missed over a 1/3 season, 2&3 CBs missed multiple games, Dak who was on pace to shatter the passing record - snapped ankle. Martin missed a game and is now done for the year. Back up left tackle done for the year. Starting DTs out for the year. Starting TE out for the year.

Their success is based on the oline protection, the run game efficiency and the receivers playmaking ability. The only QB I've ever seen that Truly made a team exponentially better just by him suiting up was Peyton Manning. Manning gets injured and a 13-3 Colts team drops to 2-14. Manning goes to the Broncos and a 7-9 team jumps to 13-3. Manning leaves the Broncos and the 13-3 team hasn't recovered from losing Manning since 2015.
P Manning is probably the only Quarterback I have ever seen that was truly worth 100+ million dollar contract. The guy could carry mediocre teams to the playoffs then would lose because those teams were in fact mediocre, but at least he would get them there. 15 straight playoff appearances, 4 Super Bowl appearances with 4 different head coaches and 2 different teams. Manning was so good that Adam Gase still has a job as a Head Coach in the NFL right now.

If you know anything about football, you know Wentz isn't the biggest problem. The Eagles' injuries are a huge problem which is worse because they didn't have a lot of offensive talent to begin with. The coaching is the other big problem.

Wentz has been sacked (46x) more times this season than his RB have 50 yard games, Wentz has been more times (100x) than Miles Sanders has carries this season. His WRs have the most drops in the NFL, his 3 RBs have under 1000 yards combined, his WRs can’t get separated, his TEs have been hurt all year & his o-line has been 25 different o-line combos.
