Growing up as a kid I’ve always loved the smell of fireworks, it never gets old. Great video I can’t wait to light some off soon

Went to Cobra-con this past weekend, they put on amazing show. Lol they scared crap outta whole crowd in beginning. No fireworks for whole song, then Boom fireball.

I love ALL fireworks! Small, Big, Novelty, Daytime, Nighttime, Shells, Rockets, Crackers. All of it. No "preference". It's like asking a "gun nut" what his favorite cartridge is. The answer is YES!

I haven't had the income to do any fireworks in years but I love the loud pops. The louder the better. I have a dream to go to either Russia or the Dutch countries to go blow up their huge Crackers they legally can buy.

Love the fun, small stuff! Tonight I lit a golden Flowers and a Friendship fountains I found while moving stuff around. They looked lonely, so I HAD to... They were Phantom brand. Friendship lasted considerably longer than I remembered, so that's a plus. I always liked the effect- just too short.
I've had good luck with the jumbo crackers I got out of some Phantom assortments. (I never buy them deliberately) All were impressively loud. Apparently not the same cheap crap that was everywhere in the 90's and 00's. I do buy the mini headbombs- just because I prefer the quick RRRIIIPPP!!!! of crackers to the random pow, pop, bang of too many packs/strips.
I'm a sucker for small single shot tube items, like those Boom Booms. Fireworks supermarket sells several kinds, and all were good when I tried them. Sometimes it's more convenient NOT to have to deal with a reloadable mortar tube, and unwinding fuses.
I think my all-time favorite parachute tubes were A. Glorious brand Mammoth Parachute; and B. Shoguns Paratroopers. Because they essentially always worked well, and had no hot material hanging off of it. Kids loved chasing them, and adults loved the no burnt hands. Plus, an errant wind gust didn't trigger an OH SHIT attack, due to the possibility of fire or property damage.
Ground blooms were my first love as a kid, and I still have a soft spot for them. Although they no longer last very long... The Jumbo size ones are closer to what they used to be than the regular size. I'm still a geek for a good bottle rocket or whistler, too.

These videos are the best and the ones featured are some of my favorite "After School" fireworks to play with. Artificial Satellites, M-70's style, smaller fountains like Happiness (this version was awesome btw), only thing missing was a pack of bottle rockets. I used to put them in a metal tube and just aim at whatever. That 15-minute firework session was the perfect activity alone after school and golf and before Monday Night Raw. Love it!
