- The Natchaug Epic, aka "The Quiet Hell," is a segmented bike race and adventure ride that starts in Thompson, CT and covers terrain that includes paved tarmac, double-track trails through the woods, maintained gravel roads, and rail trail. Brian, Jeremy and Jon went to the event representing IJAH to hammer out the segments while taking in the scenery and getting a ride in with some friends, new and old. And to eat the food afterwards.
